The stars descended upon Seminole Paradise at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino on Wednesday, December 8th, 2010 for the highly anticipated opening of Bongos Cuban Cafe. Leading the crowd of celebrities were Miami’s own Gloria and Emilio Estefan who own the restaurant and its five locations across the state of Florida.
Also in attendance were Lili Estefan, Felipe Vidal, Enrique Santos, Mauricio Zeilic, and the gorgeous Candela Ferro who owns the title of best dressed of the night. The Argentine journalist wore a Laurencio Adot dress, a STUNNING Lanvin necklace and Balenciaga boots.

The restaurant draws its inspiration from classic Cuban supper clubs. The multi-level dining experience boasts a 7,000-square-foot indoor restaurant, a 5,000-square-foot-rooftop lounge and two outdoor patios. With its intimately chic, yet comfortable atmosphere, the restaurant features white tables and textured seats, polished dark mahogany panels and a dual-sided main bar (one side features a stage on top of it while the other side extends to the outside of the venue).
A 20-foot window allows guests to glimpse a one-of-a-kind custom-made vertical flame rotisserie. Twin glass elevators ascend to the magnificent 5,000-square-foot rooftop lounge where private cabanas, bottle service and an open sky lounge overlook the Seminole Paradise entertainment complex.
