Teresa Guidice and Caroline Manzo from Bravo Network’s The Real Housewives of New Jersey, made a special appearance at the Seminole Casino Coconut Creek on Thursday, December 16th, 2010 as part of their 4th Annual “Sweet Dreams” extravaganza.

Guests enjoyed an extravagant display of all-you-can eat desserts created from scratch and a meet and greet with Teresa and Caroline with all the proceeds of the event benefiting Ronald MacDonald House Charity, Lisa Boccard Breast Cancer Foundation, and Disabled American Veterans.

The crowds gathered in enormous groups to get a picture and a chat with the ladies, including Harry Wayne Casey whom you may know as K.C. of K.C. and the Sunshine Band! Not only did he stop to pose with excited fans but he also waited in line for his turn with Teresa and Caroline!

When the meet-and-greet wrapped, we were escorted to the the casino’s newest building “The Site.” The structure adds an additional 400-plus gaming positions, a new restaurant and a bar. This replaces the pavilion tent and offers guests a totally new venue with more space to gamble, dine and party.

It’s been a big opening day of The Site, said General Manager Steve Bonner. Now we can serve our guests better with 18 new blackjack tables and 375 more of the latest slot machines. The Site also has a new restaurant and bar. But it’s just the first step in a $125 million construction expansion over the next year at Seminole Casino Coconut Creek. We’ve already created 300 permanent jobs since the first of the year plus work provided for 200 construction people.

The next phase has been approved by The Seminole Tribe and we’re working with the city on a projected 2012 opening of our permanent casino facility that will have 2500 slot machines, 60 to 70 black jack tables, a new poker room, at least three more restaurants including a steakhouse, and a 2,800 LEED certified green 2800 space parking garage.

Teresa and Caroline sat at one of the new blackjack tables and playfully posed for photographers.

We spoke to both before the event and they mentioned they are unsure whether or not they will be returning for another season of the hit reality show about five women in and around several upscale communities in Northern New Jersey. Bravo has confirmed there will be another season but have not decided who is participating yet.

Sorry Bravo, but without Teresa and Caroline you have no show!!! They were a crowd and personal favorite so please make sure we see more of them next season.
