Hugh Hefner and Ginnifer Goodwin get engaged over holiday but not to each other

Tis the season to get engaged! How can you resist a more perfect set up than a nicely wrapped gift that you don’t have to go out of your way to hide since gifts are expected during this time of the year.

Two Hollywood celebrities (so far!) have confirmed joyous engagement news. The most shocking I find is that of Playboy founder Hugh Hefner! I guess when he told former girlfriend Holly Madison that he didn’t plan to tie the knot ever again he just meant with her.

The eighty five year confirmed news of his engagement to Playboy Playmate Crystal Harris via his Twitter account.

“When I gave Crystal the ring, she burst into tears. This is the happiest Christmas weekend in memory.”

Since those words were a bit vague for folks, he Tweeted again to let the world know he is officially off the market.

“Yes, the ring I gave Crystal is an engagement ring. I didn’t mean to make a mystery out of it. A very merry Christmas to all.”

“Big Love” actress Ginnifer Goodwin said “Yes” to longtime beau and fellow actor Joey Kern this holiday season. Kern, who designed the ring himself popped the question this month and the couple plan to wed in the fall.

Now the big question is, What will happen to her character Margene on the final season of Big Love? I’m not gonna lie but I’m hoping the Hendricks Family falls apart. Barb is getting pretty tired of sacrificing everything for Bill and Margene is too young to be involved in all this drama.

Is anyone else slightly sad she didn’t move forward with Ben? Yes it’s completely messed up in a way but their characters are closer in age and maybe he can give her the life she needs? The only one I think that should stay with Bill in the long run is Nicky. She was raised to live the plural lifestyle and she should just convince her husband to become prophet.
