If you were wondering why Matt Kemp hasn’t been photographed with Rihanna while she’s been jet skiing and having a good ole time in Barbados it’s because they are no longer an item. The couple who were together for about a year, quietly split up according to an insider who spoke to US Magazine.
“It happened over the last few weeks,” explained the source. “She basically was just over it.”
You have to imagine it was hard for Kemp to keep up with Riri’s crazy travel schedule, must not have been very stable. Plus it seems like the two were just happy to have spent some fun times together.
“Matt’s sick of always following after her like a puppy dog all over the world. He wants something more normal,” the source adds. Plus, the insider says, “It was never as serious as it looked. It was always just [about] having fun.”
Strange since the “What’s My Name” singer spoke about wanting to have kids in the near future. I guess Kanye West can still be her back up!
