With just about every other celebrity selling some type of fragrance, it was only a matter of time before Rihanna jumped on the bandwagon! The Barbadian beauty has named her debut perfume, Reb’l Fleur after a nickname given to her by someone very close to her.
“My grandmother in Barbados used to call me her Rebel Flower,” the singer told PEOPLE Magazine.
RiRi worked on the final product for along time to make sure the end product would represent her very essence. The mag reports the fragrance will provide hints of “ripe fruits and sumptuous florals, as well as a musky mix of vanilla, patchouli and amber.”
It looks like celebration is on full mode as Rihanna was photographed as she arrived Fred Segal in West Hollywood, California on Thursday, January 6th, 2011 with a few friends. Not only is her perfume ready to hit department stores in February, but she also took home three People’s Choice Award including “Favorite Pop Artist,” “Favorite Song,” and “Favorite Music Video” with Eminem for `Love The Way You Lie.
