It might have been a cold night but all the stars definitely looked hot for the grand opening of the Hard Rock Cafe in Tampa, Florida. With temperatures dipping below thirty five degrees, Nicky Hilton, Stephanie Pratt, and Ali Landry donned stunning dresses as they walked the red carpet on Wednesday, January 12th, 2011.

Nicky looked fabulous in a Mara Hoffman dress, while Stephanie rocked a Lipsy London dress, RichRocks accessories (LOVED her necklace!), and Alexander McQueen shoes, and Ali dazzled in a colorful French Connection mini dress.

Television personality Joey Fatone, Celebrity chef Steve Martorano, wrestlers Sean “X-Pac” Waltman and Brian Knobbs, joined the girls at the “Hard Rock @ Nite” Afterparty with guest celebrity DJ Samantha Ronson spinning until 1 a.m.

“It was an amazing evening; the perfect way to introduce our ongoing, late night facet, Hard Rock @ Nite,” said John Fontana, president of Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.

Hard Rock @ Nite will be on tap three nights per week – Thursdays through Saturdays – with live bands performing from 10 p.m. until 1 a.m. and a DJ spinning some of the best rock mash-ups into the afterhours from 1 a.m. until 4 a.m.
