If there is one celebrity that I have been dying to see out and about again, it’s James McAvoy. So I am super excited to share these new pictures of James at the Los Angeles premiere of “Gnomeo and Juliet” at the El Capitan Theatre on Sunday, January 23rd, 2011 in Hollywood, California.
He was joined by co (voice) stars Emily Blunt, Sir Patrick Stewart, and Matt Lucas. The films composer Elton John and his husband David Furnish were also on hand for the celebration.
The animated film follows garden gnomes Gnomeo (voice of McAvoy) and Juliet (voice of Blunt) who have as many obstacles to overcome as their quasi namesakes when they are caught up in a feud between neighbors. But with plastic pink flamingos and lawnmower races in the mix, can this young couple find lasting happiness?
“Gnomeo and Juliet” dances into theaters on February 11th, 2011.
