Exclusive: Sam Trammell talks new season of True Blood, resolutions, and guilty pleasures

With the fourth season of True Blood being shot right now, are you guys sitting around wondering what is going to happen next? I know I am guilty of this so I was hoping to dig around a bit and see what I could find out.

We have a very special shape shifter series this week that although will not reveal any MAJOR plot points, will be enough to whet your appetites a bit. Today we are featuring Sam Trammell who of course plays shape shifter/bar owner Sam Merlotte on the HBO supernatural drama. Tomorrow you will read our interview with Janina Gavankar who will play Bon Temps newest shape shifter/school teacher Luna in season four.

Trammell’s character had some major demons going on inside him during season three and you will be happy to know that Sam (the actor not the character) is enjoying every second of it.

Plus learn a little more about the real Sam Trammell and some of his favorite things, including a surprising television show that he loves watching on his free time!

The Fantastic Three Take Mystic Falls in Epi 13 Pics! Plus, The Return of the Sarkie!

Look, we all know superheroes are very much en vogue in Hollywood these days. We also all know how skintight attire really, reeeeeally works with hot guys (I’m still recovering from the sight of Thor and Captain America presenting at the Golden Globes.) But dude, how much more “the Fantastic Three Take Mystic Falls” can that still with Damon (Ian Somerhalder), Stefan (Paul Wesley) and Tyler (Michael Trevino) look? There’s no invisible woman but Caroline (Candice Accola) pretty much fits the look, so I guess we’re covered.

In much more important news, this episode, entitled “Daddy Issues” – God help us, there’s enough of that on Grey’s Anatomy, if I have to see how Daddy Salvatore was cruel and mean to poor Damon and that’s why [Read more...]

Jon Lindstrom to guest star on CBS’ “Blue Bloods”

On Wednesday, January 19th, 2011, noted actor Jon Lindstrom returns to prime time television appearing as Judge Blake Fenton on CBS’ Blue Bloods, starring Tom Selleck. In the episode “Little Fish,” Judge Fenton, played by Lindstrom, mysteriously rules against Erin’s (Briget Moynahan) legal motions in a case against local mobster, Johnny Vega.

Blue Bloods is a drama about a multi-generational family of cops dedicated to New York City law enforcement. Frank Reagan (Tom Selleck) is the New York Chief of Police and [Read more...]

Jason Segel and Amy Adams break into dance in the streets!

As a long time fan of The Muppets, I’m so happy to see two of my favorite actors starring in its latest venture headed to the big screen. Jason Segel and Amy Adams were snapped as they performed a hot little dance number while filming scenes for their upcoming comedy ‘The Muppets’ in Los Angeles, California on Monday, January 17th, 2011.

Isn’t a new Muppet film long overdue anyways? The last one to [Read more...]

REVIEW: Hawaii Five-0 – 1.14 “He Kane Hewa’ole”

He Kane Hewa’ole:
An Innocent Man

What was in the box? You really want to know don’t you? You’ve been tweeting about it all week. I’m going to tell you what’s in the box. Why? Because if you’d been paying attention to the promo shots all week, you’d have seen the severed head in the photo Kono (Grace Park) was showing to Dr. Watson (Reiko Aylesworth).

There is a pursuit on Kaluhaluha Hwy, headed toward Hooka Woopa Rd. I’m nearly positive that’s where Kono and Chin Ho got [Read more...]

Jimmy Jean-Louis is stylin’ at the Golden Globes

I can’t remember which red carpet show I was watching but I remember someone mentioned how the men had stepped up their game this year and this statement is so true! The guys didn’t go for the typical penguin suits, many were original with their ties or with the cut of the suit or tux.

One of our favorites was actor Jimmy Jean-Louis who was [Read more...]

REVIEW: Chuck – Episode 4.11 “Chuck vs the Balcony”

At first I was thinking the episode was just meh, but then it got better, but the it got meh, but then it ended great! Definitely a roller coaster of an episode! And it’s left me way excited for next week too!

After its holiday hiatus Chuck wasted no time getting back into the action. A high-speed foot chase ends with a man inject some kind of chip into a bottle of wine before being shot by what I presumed to be this week’s baddies. Cut to our favorite nerd spy and sexy super spy: Chuck (Zachary Levi) and Sarah (Yvonne Strahovski) are sitting down to [Read more...]
