What an amazing year its been for Colin Firth. Accolades have been pouring in for his work in The King’s Speech and there is much talk about the possibility of him taking home an Academy Award for his portrayal of King George VI.
Mr. Firth was honored for the second year in a row as “Actor of the Year” during the 31st London Film Critics’ Circle Award held at BFI Southbank on Thursday, February 10th, 2011 in London, England. Forever by his side, the beautiful Livia Giuggioli who has been married to the actor since 1997.
Last year he was honored for his role in the Tom Ford film, A Single Man.
Congrats!
