It looks like (relative) newcomer Matt Lanter is giving big boys like Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner a run for their money! The 90210 hunk and the two Twilight superstars were selected along with Zac Efron to battle for the title of “Hottest Star of 2011″ according to Italian magazine Cioe.
Lanter played the role of Edward Sullen, a spoof of Pattinson’s character Edward Cullen from the fan favorite Twilight Saga in 20th Century Fox’s Vampires Suck. So it’s totally appropriate to assume US fans already consider him a favorite!
Matt’s big screen credits continue to grow, he can currently be seen alongside Leighton Meester, Minka Kelly, and Cam Gigandet in the thriller, “The Roommate.”
