Donnie Wahlberg can now add the title of “Grammy Presenter” to his long list of accolades. The actor/singer/stud was photographed during his arrival to the 53rd Annual GRAMMY Awards held at the Staples Center on Sunday, February 13th, 2011 in Los Angeles, California.
Donnie looked so handsome in his black suit, vest, and stunning purple tie when he joined Selena Gomez on stage to present the “Best Pop Vocal Album” award during tonights telecast. The winner just so happened to be Lady Gaga (sans egg) who toured with New Kids on the Block when she was first starting out.
Now that the Grammy’s have wrapped, he told fans about what he would be up to tonight.
Off to the Big Apple… Long day on set tomorrow! Tonight was fun! Really missed my guys with me though! All 8 of them! yup! #NKOTBSB!

It was awesome to see Donnie present the award to Gaga, as I also remember when she opened for their reunion tour in 2008! It’s like she has come full circle here! I am also glad that you mentioned this fact here as well, since not too many Gaga fans know about this; when I was at her concert in 2009 and mentioned this to other little monsters, they laughed and couldn’t believe it and said it should be vice versa now!
I thought this was mean, as a lot of people underestimate New Kids on The Block, and plus, Gaga was an unknown back then and you gotta start somewhere; New Kids’ sellout tour was a great starting point for her!
If you want to laugh DK, I attended their 2009 show when Gaga opened. When I arrived, I was like…who is this Gaga person? I’m gonna miss it and just go grab a drink at the bar before the show.
Yeah, little did I know it would turn out to be GAGA!!
I forgot to also mention in my initial post that I am a New Kids fan as well as a little monster, and I attended New Kids’ first stop on their reunion tour in 2008 in Toronto, and Natasha Bedingfield opened for them here.
No disrepect to Natasha who was great as well, but I wish I had seen Gaga open for them, as it would have been epic to see her when she was an unknown. So I envy you!
