For everyone anxiously awaiting the season three trailer for United States of Tara, your wait is finally over! We learn from this new video that Tara (Emmy and Golden Globe winner Toni Collette) welcomes an all new alter affectionately known as “College Tara.”
Even though the family mention “she’s back,” this is the first time we get to meet this spunky new character.
Guest star Eddie Izzard also makes an appearance this season in the role of Tara’s Psychology Professor who at first is a Dissociative identity disorder (sometimes known as Multiple Personality Disorder) skeptic, but becomes fascinated with Tara as a subject, leading him to further explore the condition.
I have it on good word that he might not end up being your favorite character!
