Premio Lo Nuestro a La Musica Latina Awards took over the American Airlines Arena tonight (Thursday, February 17th, 2011) and many of your favorites took home top honors. Singer Ricky Martin, who also performed a lively remix of his latest single “Best of You Are My Life,” created especially for the show, took home the “Global Icon” award.
Miami’s own Pitbull scored the Urban Artist of the Year and another Accidental Sexiness favorite Juanes won Rock Artist of the Year and also Song of the Year for “Yerbatero.”
The Colombian papi also performed his new song, “Regalito” available on his latest album “Parce.”
Also in attendance were Roselyn Sanchez, Adamaris Lopez, Olga Tañón, and Ninel Conde.
