She may only be fourteen years old but Hailee Steinfeld is already cementing her reputation as a fashion forward starlet on the red carpet! Hailee made her arrival at the 83rd Annual Academy Awards held at the Kodak Theatre in a one of a kind Marchesa gown that she helped design this evening. (Sunday, February 27, 2011)
The young Miss Steinfeld is up for an Oscar in the category of “Actress in a Supporting Role” for her work in the Coen Brothers film, True Grit. She is up against Amy Adams, Helena Bonham Carter, Melissa Leo, and Jacki Weaver.
