Anna Paquin dons black at Scream 4 premiere!

While I am not a big fan of the traditional black dress on the red carpet, leave it to Anna Paquin to pick out one so hot that not even I can complain! The True Blood star wore a stunning mid drift bearing, mid thigh length dress with silver safety pins keeping the center portion in place to the world premiere of The Weinstein Company’s “Scre4m” presented by AXE Shower at Grauman’s Chinese Theatre on Monday, April 11th, 2011 in Hollywood, California.

During the season finale of Being Human tonight on Syfy, they presented a special preview of Anna’s role in the Wes Craven film. The clip showed Paquin and Hayden Panettiere in a bedroom receiving a call from a person they think is someone they know but its actually Ghostface Killer!

The fourth installment of the Scream franchise opens in theaters on April 15th.
