With season six of Dexter getting ready to begin production in June, casting news has begun to trickle out getting rabid fans extremely excited! Showtime just announced the addition of Colin Hanks who will join up as ” Travis, a highly intelligent young expert on ancient artifacts who gets linked to a series of grisly murders in Miami.”
The wording of the description seems to be very thought out. It says he gets “linked” to murders but it does not flat out say he committed them. So this leaves a lot of room for speculation.
There has already been talk that this season will not go back to pre-season five formula where there is just one bad guy that Dexter (Michael C Hall) needs to take down. So this leaves us to speculate that there will be a series of people bleeping on this serial killers radar. We can only assume that it will work in a similar fashion as season five did.
