Things are heating up down here in South Florida and the summer season hasn’t even officially begun! Two young Hollywood hot bodies were caught in similarly hued bikinis on different sides of the ocean.
Lindsay Lohan was photographed frolicking in the oceans of South Beach on Monday, May 23rd, 2011. She rocked a two piece that featured a bandeau top with a striped pattern. I find it funny that photographers managed to get shots of her in the ocean since over the weekend she was overheard saying she wouldn’t dare go in the water because she didn’t want to be photographed.
Julianne Hough was snapped on the set of Rock of Ages also on Monday. The blond beauty wore a throw back bikini since the film is set during the 1980′s. You will notice the cut on the bottom is a lot higher than they are today and the neon accents really take me back to the era.
Are you guys excited about the summer to be able to shop for that perfect swimsuit? Yeah me either! Unless if you are hitting the beach looking like one of the girls above, you might be stressed out about picking out the perfect swimsuit for your shape.
So I hit up Style and Beauty Maven Romina Nahben to discuss what looks work best on what bodies so we can ALL get excited about shopping for our summer suit(s). Here is what the former Fashion Director for Saks Fifth Avenue had to say:
Whether your budget is thick or slim the following tips will make swimsuit shopping a breeze at your favorite store or boutique. You’ll be guaranteed to be stylishly chic this summer in eye catching pieces that reveal or conceal.
Killer curves for the ATHLETIC FIGURE: If you have an athletic figure you can create the illusion of curves by sporting a bust enhancing twisted bandeau top, paired back to boy-short bottoms.
Hide your LOWER TUMMY in a MONOKINI: Trade in ‘tradition for trend’ with a one piece with great side cutouts which will create a curvy look while hiding the lower tummy.
PLUS SIZE BABES need not worry: Whether you choose a one piece or tankini just remember the following basic rules-Dark matte colors slim, vertical stripes elongate & diagonal stripes lead the eye to the center of the body creating a wrap-around effect making the midsection appear slimmer.
If an AMPLE BUST is a must then stick to swimsuits with thick enough straps and under-wire cups to support the weight of your breasts.
ENHANCE your BUST with subtle or generous padding. Look for suits with molded cups, gathered detailing, removable pushup padding in gel form and details or ruffles which add visual interest at the bust line.

as attractive as she is misguided with her poor taste in men. She should be

I’m surprised we haven’t seen Ryan down in Miami ONCE since she began shooting. I’m starting to wonder if they are dunzo!
Julianne Hough and Lindsay Lohan should not be mentioned in the same paragraph. Julianne is a sweet down to earth girl, no drugs,no smoking, and very little drinking,. We all know what Linday is in to. Julianne is focused on her career and her family. She know what she wants and she will get it because she is working hard for it. GO JULIANNE!!
