Keira Knightley brings new boyfriend to work

It’s been months now since her relationship with fellow actor Rupert Friend ended and now it seems that Keira Knightley has found love again.

The British beauty was photographed enjoying a break from shooting her new movie, Seeking A Friend For The End Of The World in Malibu, California on Thursday, May 26th, 2011. Joining her was new boyfriend, Klaxons member James Righton who held hands with the actress and lingered by her side throughout the day.

Also spotted on location was co-star Steve Carell who was being driven around in a golf cart.

The romantic dramedy follows a man who finds himself alone after his wife leaves in a panic after hearing an asteroid is nearing Earth. He decides to take a road trip to reunite with his high school sweetheart. Accompanying him is a neighbor who inadvertently puts a wrench in his plan.

Carrie Preston is fashion forward in orange

Spring and summer have got to be my two favorite seasons for many reasons. We kiss the fall and winter months farewell and we start to welcome beautiful shades of yellow, orange, blues and pinks to incorporate into our wardrobes. I simply adore it!

A perfect example on how to add a little flavor into your spring/summer outfits is to use accessories! Check out True Blood actress Carrie Preston who wore a grey dress which featured a leopard design with pretty spots of color in the pattern. Photographers caught up with her as she departed from an office building in Beverly Hills, California on Wednesday, May 25th, 2011 looking like a total fashion “DO!”

While she opted for a pair of matching grey shoes, Carrie was bold when it came to her handbag! The fiery red head pulled her look together with a beautiful orange handbag.

This inspired me to check out some purses that you guys might like to mix in with your wardrobe to add a little punch! Hope you like them!

Martin Short and Aidan Quinn join the cast of “Weeds”

As we inch closer to the return of the Showtime hit, Weeds we are getting information about some of the fabulous actors set to have guest roles in the upcoming season. Two big names announced today were Martin Short, known for his work in the Father of the Bride franchise, his character Jiminy Glick, and one of my all time favorite films, The Three Amigos, and actor Aidan Quinn who you might know from Jonah Hex, Practical Magic or Benny & Joon.

Jennifer Jason Leigh is also set to return for the new season.

Here are the details from the press release which also includes casting information for other guest stars:

The legendary Martin Short (Damages) headlines the guest star roster as an eccentric attorney in at least 3 episodes, while Aidan Quinn (Prime Suspect) will play a charismatic investment firm CEO in at least 4 episodes. Jennifer Jason Leigh returns for 4 episodes as Nancy ’s estranged sister Jill Price-Grey who has been watching Little Stevie while Nancy was incarcerated.

Lindsay Sloane (Grosse Pointe) has signed on for 6 episodes as Maxeen, an eccentric conceptual artist who Andy (Justin Kirk) meets at a gallery event, and noted actor David Clennon (Ghost Whisperer) will play her husband, Charles. Pablo Schreiber (Lights Out) will star as Demetri Ravitch, an army supply sergeant and brother of Nancy’s former cellmate Zoya (guest star Olga Sosnovska), who begins to supply Nancy in her newest endeavor.

And Gary Anthony Williams (Mad, The Boondocks) will play Ed Watson, Nancy ’s halfway house counselor.

Season seven will kick off with Nancy Botwin (Mary-Louise Parker) just “as she has just completed a three-year stint in Federal prison for the murder of Pilar Zuazo (Kate Del Castillo). She’s now in New York , but no free bird – she must complete her probation in a strictly monitored halfway house, which means she’ll have to deal before curfew.

A now bolder Nancy has to re-start the business from scratch. Meanwhile, the boys – Andy (Kirk), Silas (Hunter Parrish) and Shane (Alexander Gould) – who were camped out in Copenhagen – are now Big Apple-bound with Doug (Kevin Nealon) in tow, of course and will be stirring up major trouble.”

Weeds will return for an all new season on Monday, June 27th at 10p ET/PT only on Showtime.

Michael C Hall feeds the meter

Is anyone else ready to pee their pants with excitement now that Dexter has officially begun production on season six?! According to a press release from Showtime Network, yesterday was day one on the set and I’m thrilled to pieces that we are seeing pictures of Michael C. Hall out and about.

These images were taken as MCH parked his silver Audi on 3rd Street and put some coins into the meter in Los Angeles, California on Wednesday, May 25th, 2011.

There is no official word on what the storyline for this season will bring for the serial killer from Miami but I sure hope they take the opportunity to bring forward the relationship between Dex and his sister Deb (Jennifer Carpenter). The time has come for her to find out his secret and for us to finally learn how she will cope with this.

She has shown both sides of her personality throughout the five seasons which include her bad ass cop to the core attitude which makes you think she would turn him in. But then there is the Deb we saw at the end of last season when she gave Lumen a reprieve even though she knew she had killed someone.

Where would you like for this season to go?

Bradley Cooper premieres “Hangover 2″ in Berlin

For those of you who are still unaware, I have an obsession with Bradley Cooper. Not the sick type where I stare at his picture while in the fetal position crying but I can’t help but melt every time I see his adorable smile.

And while I know my friend Miss Bee is rolling her eyes right now since she doesn’t share the same type of love for Cooper, who played the (slightly annoying) role of Will on Alias, I simply adore him!!

Bradley and the boys including Ed Helms, Justin Bartha, and Ken Jeong, were joined by director Todd Phillips to the Hangover 2 held at the Cinestar in Berlin, Germany on Wednesday, May 25th, 2011.

Julianne Hough and Diego Boneta rock out in Hollywood (Florida!)

It has been a fun few days hanging out on the set of the big screen version of Rock of Ages! We could have gotten a regular ol’ movie shooting here which would have been great all the same but having this eclectic piece has been extremely enjoyable.

These images show Julianne Hough and Diego Boneta on location in Hollywood, Florida on Tuesday, May 24th, 2011 outside some local stores and restaurants. Being on set for those shots was extremely fun because while we were standing on a median shooting pictures there was a variety of 80′s vehicles driving around while “Here I Go Again” by Whitesnake was playing in the background. The lead on the song was a female voice though so it might have been one of the songs recorded by Hough weeks ago while they were working in studio.

The next two days they will be shooting at the garbage mountain where they have put a Hollywood Sign to replicate the famous one in California. I doubt pictures will emerge from that set as it will be very stinky!

REVIEW: Glee “New York” Finale

New York is indeed a heckuva town as expressed so loudly by our favorite Lima Heights adjacent show choir in the season two finale of Glee where even Broadway diva Patti Lupone had something to say about the current state of the most annoying couple on TV.
