January Jones and Jennifer Carpenter are Beverly Hills shoppers

Mommy-to-be January Jones and her good friend Jennifer Carpenter were spotted having a good ol’ time together while shopping in Beverly Hills, California on Sunday, June 11th, 2011. The blond X-Men: First Class star was dressed in a loose fitting, patterned dress with a skinny belt helping accent her growing baby bump and a black cardigan while her Dexter buddy wore a plaid shirt, jeans and sandals.

Speaking of the new Marvel movie, I finally had a chance to watch it yesterday afternoon and I absolutely loved it! Besides the gorgeous combination of James McAvoy and Michael Fassbender, January held her own in the tiny white costumes she wore for her role as Emma Frost.

People have been having a field day guessing who January’s potential baby daddy could be. The name that keeps popping up is Matthew Vaughn who directed the Mad Men actress in the X-Men film. He also happens to be married to supermodel Claudia Schiffer with whom he has three kids!

Let’s hope for his sake this is all just a bunch of worthless gossip. For right now, January is not saying a word about it.

Edie Falco goes glam to the Tony Awards

I’m so used to seeing Edie Falco in the role of Jackie Peyton who rocks a trademark short cut on Nurse Jackie that I almost didn’t recognize her in these pictures! The Emmy Award winning actress was photographed walking the red carpet at the 65th Annual Tony Awards at the Beacon Theatre on Sunday, June 12th, 2011 in New York City, New York.

She looked glamorous in a sweeping black gown with a jeweled, skinny belt to accentuate her waist.

Ms. Falco is in attendance as a nominee in the “Best Featured Actress” category for her work on the Broadway show, The House of Blue Leaves. The competition is pretty stiff, she is up against Ellen Barkin for The Normal Heart, Judith Light for Lombardi, Joanna Lumley for La Bête and Elizabeth Rodriguez for The Motherf**ker with the Hat.

We will be cheering for you!!

Alexander Skarsgard and Deborah Ann Woll shoot at night

Oooh it looks like things are getting even darker during season four of True Blood. Actors Alexander Skarsgard and Deborah Ann Woll were photographed while shooting scenes of the HBO’s hit supernatural show in La Puente, California on Thursday, June 9th, 2011.

The set looked awfully scary with dead bodies scattered on the ground.

Deborah Ann’s character Jessica looks to be coming into her own as she continues to grow into a proper vampire. What I’m wondering is why she is working alongside Eric Northman (Skarsgard) and not her creator Bill Compton (Stephen Moyer)!?

Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries expand the family

With their engagement in full swing, it looks like Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries are already looking to expand their family! The reality star and her hunky basketball player fiance adopted a new puppy as they departed with goodies for it from a local Petco in Los Angeles, California on Saturday, June 11th, 2011.

The couple stocked up on accessories for the new member of the family including not one but TWO travel carriers and a bag full of treats! Could they be thinking of adopting one more four legged friend or maybe their shaggy baby needed two!?

Kim looked pretty in a loose, melon colored top with a light tan jacket over a pair of tight, black pants and thigh high boots. But her most noticeable accessory is her enormous, engagement sparkler given to her by Kris last month.

Gorgeous!

Julianne Hough stays fit with a run on the beach

When your starring in a major Hollywood film and have to walk around in mid-drift baring outfits, you too would hit the beach for a run with amazing landscape! Julianne Hough was seen as she hit the sand running for a good workout on the beach in Miami, Florida on Friday, June 10th, 2011.

As we head into the weekend I’m sure Ms. Hough is missing her boyfriend Ryan Seacrest who paid her a visit last week. The duo shopped along Lincoln Road where fans caught a glimpse of the American Idol host and his main squeeze. (See pictures here!)

Julianne has been in town shooting the new Rock of Ages movie in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Russell Crowe jet skis in Italy

Russell Crowe seemed happy and carefree while jet skiing with billionaire buddy James Packer in Positano, Italy on Wednesday, June 8th, 2011. All this before controversy broke out as a result of a comment made by the Gladiator star regarding circumcision via Twitter.

‘Circumcision is barbaric and stupid. Who are you to correct nature? Is it real that GOD requires a donation of foreskin? Babies are perfect.’

People apparently were none to happy with this remark and began sending hate tweets over to Mr. Crowe! To be perfectly honest, I feel like he has a right to an opinion as others have to theirs. If you don’t like that he has to say than block him or “unfollow”. It’s really so easy!

He has since taken to the social media site to send out an apology.

“My personal beliefs aside I realize that some will interpret this debate as me mocking the rituals and traditions of others. I am very sorry. I have a deep and abiding love for all people of all nationalities, I’m very sorry that I have said things on here that have caused distress.”

This is why I choose to mostly keep controversial topics to myself and not send it out into cyberspace. You never know who will be on the other side reading.

So many celebrities have had social media work against them, since these days they are more accessible and they share their thoughts quite freely online. I’ve heard from so many about how much they loved and admired a certain star and really ended up disliking them due to their chatter on Twitter.

Jennifer Hudson and Selena Gomez head for the hospital

News is just breaking that two beauties, Jennifer Hudson and Selena Gomez have both visited the hospital after falling ill. Jennifer was taken via ambulence after a bout of food poisoning following her performance on Good Morning America on Friday morning in New York City, New York.

Her publicist released the following statement to the Daily News:

“Jennifer Hudson went to the hospital due to severe abdominal pains,” her publicist said. “She was treated for food poisoning and released.

Selena paid a visit to a Los Angeles Emergency Room on Thursday night after feeling nauseous and suffered from a severe headache.

“Last night after Selena’s appearance on The Tonight Show, she wasn’t feeling well and was taken to the hospital,” her rep tells PEOPLE. “She is currently undergoing routine tests.”

We have not received confirmation on whether or not she is suffering from Bieber Fever. We just hope both ladies get better soon.
