Just as quickly as they departed for Los Angeles, Katie Holmes and daughter Suri Cruise returned to South Florida where some pretty crappy weather awaited them. While most people await the warm summers, those of use in Miami know that this brings all types of bad weather.
The mother/daughter duo were prepared for the sprinkle, as evident from these pictures of their departure from SoHo House with their see thru umbrella’s on Thursday, June 30th 2011.
Joining Suri were a couple of young friends who played with Suri while Katie chatted up an unidentified male.
Katie, who is currently promoting her new movie Don’t Be Afraid of the Dark, is spending down in Miami while her husband Tom Cruise shoots Rock of Ages.
Also in the set are images of Kati and a sleepy Suri arriving to their South Beach hotel this afternoon.
