Spartacus stars Manu Bennett and Katrina Law kick it with Nylon

I really hate to pick favorites since I’ve not had the chance to meet every celebrity on the planet, but Katrina Law and Manu Bennett did emerge as faves after interviewing them at Comic Con. (video coming soon!)

The Spartacus stars stepped out for the NYLON August Denim Issue Launch Party held on Wednesday, July 27th, 2011 in Los Angeles, California. The playful Katrina rocked a leather jacket, black satin skirt and sexy sky high silver heels while her buff co-star Manu opted for a comfy tee over a pair of fitted jeans (oh my!) and riding boots.

As previously mentioned, we got some nice scoop about the up coming season of Spartacus: Vengeance. 2012 will herald the arrival of a new lead, played by Liam McIntyre. Starz has some pretty great things coming up with this series, so stay tuned!

Olivia Wilde Chats About Single Life

Since her split with husband Tao Ruspoll back in March, Olivia Wilde has been spotted around town with several of Hollywood’s finest including Bradley Cooper, Ryan Gosling and Justin Timberlake. But in the August issue of Nylon, the Cowboys & Aliens star admits something very surprising: “Dating is new to me.”

Wilde continued to say that since her divorce, she has packed on a little weight. “I got a divorce and self-medicated with food.” (Has anyone even noticed?!)

Despite her gorgeous features and spunky personality, the actress finds it especially hard to flirt via technology. “I see the whole thing like someone who’s been in a coma and I’ve come out like, ‘Wait, people text message? They text love? How do you text about love?’” she asks. “Three Xs and a smiley face? Emoticon? Deal breaker!”

This doesn’t come as a surprise to me since the 27-year-old actress got hitched at age 19 in a school bus. That’s pretty young and she’s been out of the dating game since 2003.

Through all of this, her and Ruspoll remain on good terms with each other, she recently told Marie Claire. “We’re friends; his family is my family. You always have a choice to feel angry and not be friends.”

Have no fear, Olivia! Mr. Right is sure to come along soon.

Newly married Rachel Weisz looks red hot in New York City

It looks like the glow of love is emanating from newly married Rachel Weisz! Mrs. Daniel Craig stepped out in a sexy red dress after shooting a special appearance on “The Daily Show with Jon Stewart” in New York City, New York on Wednesday, July 27th, 2011.

The English beauty was spotted making the media rounds today in support of her new film, The Whistleblower. Inspired by true events, Rachel Weisz stars as Kathy, an American police officer who takes a job working as a peacekeeper in post-war Bosnia. Her expectations of helping to rebuild a devastated country are dashed when she uncovers a dangerous reality of corruption, cover-up and intrigue amid a world of private contractors and multinational diplomatic doubletalk.

You can catch this thriller when it hits theaters on August 5th.

What I Wore: Comic Con Edition Day 1

I’ve always admired people who take photographs of their outfits daily though I never felt brave enough to do it myself. All the ones I keep up with show beautiful women with fit bodies who would look amazing in nearly anything you would put on them.

So with Comic Con coming up, I decided that I would be daring this year and not only have fun with my outfits but also take some daily photos to share with you all!

I’m just a normal chick with curvy hips, a short waist, and a pretty large bust. It’s really hard to find outfits that work on me but I am pretty happy with the looks I put together.

I had the pleasure to team up with Marshall’s/TJ Maxx, Furor Moda, and Aidan Maddox who provided me with clothing to wear across the three days. And if you guys enjoy this sort of thing I will do it more often.

On day 1 (Thursday, July 21st, 2011) I kicked off my day working the press line for The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1. Since I was going to be on my feet all day, I made sure to go for comfort.

During last years Comic Con I learned that the weather is a lot different in San Diego than it is in Miami. Some days and definitely the nights get a bit cold, so I knew I had to bring some type of light sweater to layer.

With all the walking I did, this outfit ended up being perfect. It took me throughout the entire day until it was time for me to party at night.

Both Marshall’s and TJ Maxx have a wonderful assortment of casual items at really great prices. I paid $14.99 for the jeans and a bunch of cute tops that varied from $10.99-$12.99.

Plus this roomy purse was absolutely perfect for me to carry EVERYTHING I would need throughout the day. It was my #1 go-to item everyday, and as an added bonus it is faux leather.

I was so excited to be heading to the Showtime party that I forgot to take a head-to-toe photograph of my outfit!! This is a sparkly Aidan Mattox dress from the Spring 2011 collection that I absolutely adored.

It was a bold choice for a Comic Con party since most everyone kept it a little casual but I was going to be hanging with Michael C Hall and his fellow channel mates!! I knew I had to step up my game.

My make-up was done at Wired Cafe by the Tarte team of artists promoting their line of True Blood cosmetics. (stay tuned for a post on that!)

Jennifer Love Hewitt steps out in LBD in LA

With her perky ponytail swinging behind her, Jennifer Love Hewitt departed from a local Fred Segal store with a friend in Los Angeles, California on Wednesday, July 27th, 2011. The former star of Ghost Whisperer looked sexy and sophisticated in a little black dressed which she perfectly paired with nude heels that helped elongate her legs.

Fans needing to get their JLove fix should tune in to the TV Land comedy, Hot in Cleveland. The thirty two year old guest stars as Emmy, daughter of soap star Victoria Chase (Wendie Malick). Chase enlists the help of Elka (Betty White) to convince Emmy not to write a tell-all-book about her since she was such a crappy parent.

The episode airs tonight at 10 pm.

Demi Lovato strickes a pose with fans in Miami

After working all hours of the night on new music, Demi Lovato took some time to visit with fans at Y-100 Miami on Monday, July 25th, 2011 in Miami, Florida. Looking cute in a pair of ripped jean shorts, a baggy long sleeve top, and black hat Demi posed before sitting down for a live radio interview.

The eighteen year old spoke about her current collaboration with musical heavy hitters Missy Elliot and super producer Timbaland. The poor thing was working until 6am before making her way into the studio!

Lovato fans have more good news coming their way. It was just announced that she would be attending the Teen Choice Awards on Sunday, August 7th from 8-10 p.m. on Fox. She is currently nominated for the Choice TV Actress: Comedy for her work on Sonny with a Chance and also in the category of Best Twit.

Eddie Cibrian strips down for Charisma

So many of us were so quick to judge LeAnn Rimes for cheating with Eddie Cibrian, but check out what he is workin’ with! Yeah it was still wrong but now we sort of get it don’t we?

Following in the footsteps of Sex and the City star Jason Lewis and Halle Berry’s baby daddy Gabriel Aubry, Cibrian has become the face (and smokin’ hot bod) of the Fall 2011 Charisma campaign. The shots, taken by photographer Steven Lippman in West Hollywood, Los Angeles, show The Playboy Club hunk rolling around in a bed made with luxurious Charisma linens as well as in a bathtub and pool surrounded by high quality towels and robes.

“Charisma bedding is so comfortable and luxurious, the only problem is that you don’t want to get out of bed in the morning, it feels so good, Cibrian said in a statement. The products have an understated elegance to them and an attention to detail that I really appreciate.”

No wonder LeAnn is so thin, she barely has time to eat and is doing all this cardio! It now makes absolute sense!
