Since I can’t remember when is the last time I saw some candid images of Christian Bale, I’m elated to see him back at work on a new film. The thirty seven year old Brit was photographed on the set of The Dark Knight Rises on the steps of the Mellon Institute in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on Sunday, July 31st, 2011.
Also on location of the third and final installment of Christopher Nolan’s Batman films was Tom Hardy dressed up as Bane and Marion Cotillard.
If you notice in these pictures, Bruce Wayne is getting into a fist fight with an extra who, after the cameras shut off, was excited to make Mr. Bale’s acquaintance. I can’t say that I blame him!
