Hilary Duff, Jennifer Garner, January Jones: Three pregnant ladies!

I’m beginning to believe that the latest trend in Hollywood isn’t just suede boots and bright lipstick. Baby making, perhaps? One pregnant celeb is just not enough! You know what they say, everything happens in threes!

Recently preggers Hilary Duff was spotted at a doctor’s appointment on August 25, 2011 for a checkup in North Hollywood, California. The Lizzie McGuire star (yes, I watched the show as a preteen and adored it!) sported an oversized gray jacket, hiding her growing baby bump with a cute little smile to match. Despite the pregnancy still being very early, she and husband Mike Comrie made the announcement on August 14, the actress already appears to be glowing!

Now on to already hot mama, Jennifer Garner. Jen and hubby Ben Affleck broke the news this past Monday, August 22, 2011 that they are expecting baby # 3! The actress was seen running errands on August 25, 2011 with 5-year-old daughter Violet and her friend in Los Angeles, California. The 39-year-old who is reported to be in the second trimester of her pregnancy, kept it super casual with a loose fitted flower top and jeans. She could almost be unrecognizable behind those shades—and any baby bump!

I can’t forget an oldie but always goodie—January Jones! The Mad Men star was photographed leaving a yoga studio on August 25, 2011 in Los Angeles, California. Even with a very pregnant belly, Jones looked super cute in a gray workout top and black leggings. Even a pregnant January Jones still looks flawless. How does she do it?! While her baby daddy is still unknown, the actress did split from SNL star, Jason Sudeikis back in January. Who is this secret man?

We do wish Jones would tell!

Michael Vartan heats up ‘Colombiana’ premiere

Newly married Michael Vartan looked absolutely delicious at a special screening of his latest film, Colombiana held at SoHo House on Wednesday, August 24th, 2011 in West Hollywood, California. On his arm was his beautiful bride Lauren Vartan, who was matching Michael’s stripped look!

For fellow Alias fans, isn’t it a bit strange that Varty ended up marrying someone named Lauren? #justsayin

I was absolutely devastated when I found out the 42-year-old French hottie wouldn’t be joining co-star Zoe Saldana for the Colombiana press junket in Miami. I thought at long last I would get to meet the guy I’ve had a crush on for so many years.

::sigh::

In the dramatic film, Vartan plays the role of Danny Delanay, artist and boyfriend of Cataleya Restrepo (Saldana) who is completely oblivious that the girl he is sleeping with is actually an assassin. The chemistry between Michael and Zoe is so steamy, you will want to watch the movie over again just for the love scenes!

Robert Pattinson’s sizzling new photos of ‘Bel Ami’

About a year ago, I heard Robert Pattinson was starring as a seductive ladies’ man in Bel Ami. Until today, I had completely forgotten about it due to all the Breaking Dawn buzz that has been going on, so if you need a new dose of R. Patts in another light, check out these sexy pics! They feature Rob and his co stars Uma Thurman, Christina Ricci, and Kristin Scott Thomas.

Bel Ami is based on the novel by Guy de Maupassant published in 1885 and it tells the story of Georges Duroy’s (Pattinson) life and his rise to power in Paris with powerful ways of manipulation over the city’s influential and wealthy women.

The photos released from the dramatic film are quite racy for the typical Pattinson role including rolling around between the sheets, walking out the aisle, and locking lips with one of his many lovers. After seeing these photos, “ladies’ man” is just an understatement for this hottie!

Perhaps romantic dramas are his calling? I’m always down for that!

Bel Ami is set to release in the United States on October 20th, just before The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1. You can bet this will keep the British babe pretty occupied!

PREVIEW: Torchwood: Miracle Day “End of the Road”

Now if I wasn’t an enormous fan of Six Feet Under, I might hate Lauren Ambrose’s character on Torchwood: Miracle Day a lot more. Who could love a woman who is knowingly getting in bed with the devil by helping convicted child murderer and pedophile Oswald Danes (Bill Pullman) rise to power?

**** POTENTIAL SPOILERS BELOW****

According to the new preview entitled, “What Is Category Zero?”, Jilly Kitzinger (Ambrose) has been keeping secrets from Oswald. This re-classification of humans who were meant to have died yet survived, may lose their lives yet. So while this is good news for evil dudes like Danes, where does that leave Rex Matheson (Mekhi Phifer)?

One of my favorite parts from episode 107, was seeing the steamy love affair between Captain Jack Harkness and Italian expatriate Angelo (Daniele Favilli). It pained me to see all that went down between them but all in all I felt like Angelo cared deeply for Jack and was also inevitably fascinated and intrigued by him.

But since Harkness has been here before, he preferred to walk away. Little did he (or me!!) expect to hear that Angelo was still alive and waiting to reunite with Jack all these decades later!

It was absolutely the most painful cliffhanger of the season!

I have yet to see a photo or preview that shows the Italian hottie (except a hand that could potentially be his in preview 1 below), so we will have to wait and see how it all plays out. The official episode description from Starz promises that it will not go ignored.

Jack (John Barrowman) faces a showdown with a man he thought was long since dead, while Rex (Mekhi Phifer) takes extreme action to prevent the collapse of society. Wayne Knight (“Seinfeld,” and Jurassic Park) continues his guest appearances as Brian Friedkin, a powerful Section Chief wielding great power first of three within the CIA. John De Lancie (Star Trek: The Next Generation) and Nana Visitor (Star Trek: Deep Space Nine) also guest star.

Plus you can bet ass kicking Gwen (Eve Myles) will be doing her thing! She is one of my favorite women characters of all time.

Who is Johnny Depp playing in the new ’21 Jump Street’ movie?

After Entertainment Weekly announced that Johnny Depp would be taking part in the 21 Jump Street movie back in April, I’ve been left wondering who he would play. Growing up in the 90′s, you KNOW I was a huge fan of the show and of hunky Officer Tom Hanson.

Even though EW heard the exclusive chatter, they could not confirm what Depp’s role in the movie would be. Check out what Life & Style as to say they’ve heard about his cameo and are revealing today.

“Johnny makes a cameo as a teacher and he bumps into his ‘old’ character in the halls of the high school,” an insider reveals to the magazine.

His part was shot in May as confirmed by the Pirates of the Caribbean hunk during an interview.

“It’s done,” he said. “I went in and did my bit and worked with [stars] Jonah Hill and Channing Tatum. It was fun.”

Zoe Saldana targeted by Luc Besson for Colombiana

Zoe Saldana is stealing another red carpet as she arrived looking beautiful to a special screening for Colombiana at Soho House on Wednesday, August 24th, 2011 in Los Angeles, California. Saldana wore a red Valentino dress which she paired with light tan heels and matching clutch.

Joining her at the event was fiance Keith Britton & hunky co-stars Michael Vartan and Jordi Molla.

Earlier this week, Zoe made a special appearance in Miami for the South Florida premiere of Colombiana where we had the pleasure to ask her a couple of questions. Sadly I had like five questions I wanted to ask her but due to time constraints I was only able to get two in!

As she was rushed into the theater however, I managed to ask her in passing about what she wants to see happen in Star Trek 2 and she said, “Action and Love.” This falls in with what co-star and big screen love interest Zachary Quinto recently said he hoped to see happen in the sequel during a recent interview.

The 33-year-old Latina plays the role of Cataleya Restrepo, a young woman who after witnessing her parents’ murder as a child in Bogota, grows up to be a stone-cold assassin in the action drama. The film was written and produced by Luc Besson, and directed by fellow Frenchman, Olivier Megaton.

Run to theaters this Friday to see the action-packed Colombiana!

Jennifer Garner shows off growing baby bump in fitted blazer

Is anyone else relieved that Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck have at last confirmed they are expecting their third child together? I actually felt bad at certain points when I had to defend the former Alias star thinking she was just eating a little too much and not actually carrying a little brother or sister for Violet and Seraphina!

Phew…

Mommy-to-be Jennifer Garner was spotted picking up eldest daughter Violet Affleck in Los Angeles, California on Wednesday, August 24th, 2011. Along for the ride was the 5 1/2 year old’s blond baby doll!

Jen seems to be mixing up her wardrobe with a combination of maternity pieces and some of her regular clothing. The 39-year-old covered her grey shirt (featuring an expanding mid-section) with a fitted black blazer and a pair of jeans. She finished off her comfy look with platform sandals and a pair of sunglasses.

Is it wrong for me to wish Ben and Jen welcome a baby boy next??
