Looking glam in a metallic mini dress, Jessica Szohr made her arrival at the premiere of The Weinstein Company’s I Don’t Know How She Does It sponsored by QVC & Palladium Jewelry at the AMC Lincoln Square Theater on September 12, 2011 in New York City.

I am absolutely loving the brunette’s new short haircut, aren’t you guys? The former Gossip Girl star looked hot with her stylish bob and sweeping bangs.

In her latest film, Szohr plays the role of Paula, nanny to Kate Redding (Sarah Jessica Parker)–a finance executive who works her butt off to take care of her husband and children.

I Don’t Know How She Does It is set to hit theaters this Friday.
