Russell Crowe is a bad influence on Gerard Butler

Hottie Gerard Butler stopped by The Tonight Show with Jay Leno on September 20th with his delicious accent and beautiful face! Promoting his latest flick, Machine Gun Preacher, the Scottie chatted about the trial and tribulations of trying to quit smoking, even sticking pal Russell Crowe’s neck out for being one of the instigators!

The 41-year-old actor also shared his experiences of learning how to surf, fly a helicopter and paragliding off a cliff. His craziest times include a cruise, throwing chairs into the ocean and climbing onto the banister singing. Oh, the drunken adventures of Gerard!

Machine Gun Preacher is based on the real life story of Sam Childers (Gerard’s character), a former drug-dealing biker who found God and became a crusader for the children of Sudan who’ve been forced to become soldiers.

My favorite part of the interview was when fellow guest Whitney Cummings came out and things started to heat up! She joked that merely sitting next to Gerry had gotten her pregnant! She really got the crowd going when she sat on his lap and wanting to stay there for the entire interview.

Who could blame her!

Machine Gun Preacher hits theaters this Friday, September 23.

Angelina Jolie gives a friendly wave in London

Angelina Jolie gave a quick wave to photographers as she was leaving a studio in London, England on Wednesday, September 21st, 2011. The 36-year-old actress kept it super chic in all black ensemble paired with classic aviators.

While her partner Brad Pitt is currently promoting his baseball flick, Moneyball in the states, his latest idea is focused on the couple making more films together. The two have enacted a policy of only one of them working at a time so the other can focus on their six children, but Brad wants to work together so they can spend more time as a family, according to Entertainment Weekly.

Pitt said that the success of Mr. and Mrs. Smith was due to how well he and Jolie worked together.

“We had some good workshops beforehand. Had some good laughs and ideas. That was just a great collaboration that turned into a greater collaboration.”

Hmmm…couldn’t Brad and Angelina just retire right now and live beyond comfortable for the rest of their lives?

Penelope Cruz takes a break on the set of ‘Venuto al Mondo’

Penelope Cruz was spotted by photographers during a lunch break in between scenes of her latest film, Venuto al Mondo in Sarajevo, Bosnia on Tuesday, September 20th, 2011.

If you notice the grey in Penelope’s hair it’s because the actress is sporting a bob wig for the role that covers up her gorgeous brunette locks while filming.

The drama is based on the best-seller by Margaret Mazzantini and it tells the story of Gemma (Cruz), a single mother who accompanies her teenage son to Sarajevo where his father was killed during the Bosnian war. Emile Hirsch stars opposite Penelope in this Sergio Castellitto directed film.

Penelope recently snapped at a photographer for taking a picture of her with her infant son while touring the historical district of Bosnia. She has since surrounded herself with strong security to escort her and hubby Javier Bardem, especially when they are with their baby boy.

Who can blame her? Every mamma has to protects her young!

Michael Fassbender smiles in sunny San Sebastian

He garnered attention for his roles in 300, Inglorious Basterds, and X-Men First Class and now he is gearing up to unleash his latest film, Shame. The Irish hunk was photographed during the 59th San Sebastian Donostia International Film Festival – Zinemaldia, in San Sebastian, Spain on Wednesday, September 21st, 2011.

The drama follows Brandon (Fassbender), a 30-something man living in New York who is unable to manage his sex life. After his wayward younger sister moves into his apartment, Brandon’s world spirals out of control. From director Steve McQueen (Hunger), Shame is a compelling and timely examination of the nature of need, how we live our lives and the experiences that shape us.

Kelly Osbourne and Lourdes Leon celebrate first year of Material Girl

Madonna’s daughter Lourdes Leon and Kelly Osbourne celebrated Material Girl‘s first birthday at Macy’s Herald Square on Tuesday, September 20th, 2011 in New York City.

Kelly kept it rocker chic in a fitted black miniskirt showing off her killer curves topped off with a leopard print blouse and leather jacket. Lourdes looked quite feminine in a yellow and white mini dress with red lips. Both ladies wore matching black pumps.

I am lovin’ the oversized glasses on Kelly! They look so cutesy paired with her pink lips and wavy hair and are played up well by the leather jacket.

While the famous mama wasn’t in attendance, Kelly and Lourdes took on the role of hosts for the party.The event was complete with a runway show followed by the two talking with the audience about the collection.

After the fashion line was launched last year, Kelly took over as spokesmodel when original pick Taylor Momsen proved to be a little too edgy. (that’s pretty much off-record though!)

Hats off to Kelly and Lourdes on all of the success in their first year!

Charlize Theron and Rashida Jones party at HTC product launch

Smartphone giant HTC partied with some of Hollywood’s biggest stars including Charlize Theron, Rashida Jones, Leighton Meester, and Penn Badgley for the launch of their latest phone held at the Highline Stages in New York City, New York on Tuesday, September 20th, 2011.

There is so much to say about the fashion shown here and I must start with Theron’s stunning emerald green mini dress which is paired perfectly with Grecian sandals. Loved everything about this look especially the way the shade brings out the color in her beautiful eyes!

Next we have Leighton Meester who wore a long-sleeve Marios Schwab Resort 2012 dress which was pretty….. but then you get to the shoes! WOW! The star of this ensemble is definitely the beaded Burberry heels! (Sorry for all the exclamation points but I love them!)

Rashida Jones also made a statement with a short white dress and black cardigan and simple black booties on the red carpet which she accessorized with a beautiful multi-colored necklace! The Parks and Recreation beauty just launched a campaign with Dove, you can find the details here.

Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone share a smooch!

That Emma Stone has such a tough life! She got to smooch British hunk Andrew Garfield (both on and off screen!) on the set of The Amazing Spiderman earlier this year and now she was spotted locking lips with Ryan Gosling?! I need to come back as a breathtaking actress in my next life….

Emma and Ryan were shooting scenes of their new film The Gangster Squad in Los Angeles, California on Tuesday, September 20th, 2011. There was also an adorable English Bulldog who was tired of girls like Stone getting all the action, so she stole a kiss from Gosling in between scenes.

Aside from all the lovin’ going on, I’m absolutely loving all the period costumes! The movie is a chronicle of the LAPD’s fight to keep East Coast Mafia types out of Los Angeles in the 1940′s and 50′s.
