It looks like Russell Crowe is looking to keep fit for his role as Jor-El in Man of Steel currently shooting in Vancouver, British Colombia. The Australian actor has been very vocal about his dedicated workout routine keeping Twitter followers updated with descriptions of what exercises he is engaging in.
These shots were taken of Russell during a bike ride around Beverly Hills, California on Friday, October 7th, 2011. The pounds are definitely falling off as he is also hitting the weights and doing a bit of swimming.
Crowe stars as Superman’s biological father in this Zack Snyder re-boot starring British hottie Henry Cavill in the lead role.
