The pair had just wrapped up a meal at Taverna Tony restaurant in Malibu, California before being bombarded by photographers.
The 24-year-old British beauty is not only admired by men all over the world but also women like Blake Lively! She recently told the New York Post why she is such a big fan.
“Rosie is just perfect looking,” the Gossip Girl star said. “She looks so regal and elegant all the time, even while she’s walking down the street, and I love that.”
