While Nicole Richie has been enjoying various shows during New York Fashion Week, local fashionistas in Miami had the chance to preview her new Macy’s Impulse collection last night! A group of fourteen of us headed over to Macy’s Aventura Mall where the special events team had racks of Nicole Richie’s pieces waiting for us in a green room full of drinks and snacks.
I must admit, I was a bit worried about finding an outfit that would fit my curvy figure, but I was pleasantly surprised at how many options I really had. In true Nicole Richie fashion, the collection featured items that were flowy and boho-chic, perfect for women of all sizes.
Tip to ladies who are thinking of shopping for the items online: I found that most of the pieces are running about a size too big. So if you are typically a Large, purchase the Medium for the perfect fit!
The only thing that could have made the experience better, would have been to have Nicole herself give us her opinion on our looks! But we know how it is girl, Fashion Week calls!
