So I want you to name three of the most eccentric female performers in music right now. Got yours? Okay, here are mine. 1. The up and coming charismatic boy crusher, Ke$ha. 2. Young Money princess, Nicki Minaj. And 3. My personal weakness, good girl turned bad, Rihanna. And what’d ya know? Just so happens they will all be touring together this summer as part of the Last Girl on Earth Tour. [Read more...]

Breathe easy, folks. One of the most highly anticipated releases of 2010 finally has an official drop date. Drake’s debut album Thank Me later is set to hit stores May 25.
Now with all the hype himself, the industry, and even fans have surrounded the Young Money star with, I sure hope the kid can pull through even marginally. He was basically crowned the new prince of hip-hop at day one. I myself am a fan, but know that it will be hard for him to top such spitfires [Read more...]

A re-habed Charlie Sheen is reportedly leaving hit sitcom Two and a Half Men after seven years of air time. Sources close to sheen informed PEOPLE, “Charlie’s just done. And he’s quietly telling his friends he’s not coming back.”
The 44 year old co-lead was hoped to lengthen his contract for an eighth season, but evidently has had enough. Could this possibly have something to do with outside issues? Sheen is still facing domestic dispute charges [Read more...]

Yet another trailer for Tim Burton’s latest masterpiece “Alice In Wonderland” has just recently found its way onto the internet. The film which is slated to hit theaters in March of 2010 contains two of the director’s favorite faces, Johnny Depp and Helena Bonham Carter. Joining the dynamic duo is Hollywood sweetheart Anne Hathaway and “Back to the Future” star Crispin Glover.
I think it’s safe to say leading man, Johnny Depp has become quite accustomed to the antics of Burton, as well as the feel of make up piled onto his money maker face. The eerie and sometimes sinister roles Depp has become more and more likely to portray may just be outdone by his rendition of the Mad Hatter. Quite frankly I’m a little creeped out just by taking a look at his headshot for the film, but that should indeed make for a much more exciting and on the edge of your seat experience.
The special effects for the film also look absolutely astonishing, and I’m sure we can all agree that when Burton is behind the camera, worlds we never even imagined come to life. Being that my birthday is in March, I believe I’ll treat myself to this cinematic adventure of epic proportions.

Move over Jay, Stephen Colbert is gunnin’ for your spot, although I’m not too sure Alicia approves of the most recent “Empire State of Mind” duet with the talk show host.
You read that write folks, Stephen Colbert of the “Colbert Report” accompanied Miss Keys during her performance of “Empire State of Mind Pt. 2,” just recently on his talk show. Can’t knock him for trying though can we? His verses were refreshingly better than some more prestigious rappers, come to think of it, bringing the suburban aspects that Colbert said were left out of the original.
Have a look for yourself!
