Blake Lively and January Jones strike a pose for Chanel

I’m not quite sure why Blake Lively came out to party so soon after her nuptials if she wasn’t ready to show off her wedding ring! The 25-year-old star of Gossip Girl hit the red carpet to celebrate Chanel’s 80th anniversary of the ‘Bijoux De Diamants’ collection created by Gabrielle Chanel on Tuesday, October 9, 2012 in New York City and went out of her way to hide her left hand in pockets built into the dress.

We already know you locked down Ryan Reynolds girl, be proud and show off that rock! Speaking of ol’ Ryan, the Safe House hunk was nowhere in sight.

Joining her for the celebration was Mad Men beauty, and fellow blond, January Jones. I’m not too fond of her ensemble but her hair and make-up were flawless! There are few things that January could not look spectacular in and sadly this is one of them.

Jessica Pare, Linda Evangelista, Elle Fanning, Alexa Chung, Diane Kruger, and Rose Byrne also attended the soiree.

Elizabeth Hurley insists fiance Shane Warne “He has never had any surgery”

I know they say that love is blind but Elizabeth Hurley must be in total denial! I will admit to not being too familiar with her fiance Shane Warne, a former Australian cricket star, but a quick Google search tells me that the 43-year-old has, at the very least, indulged in a bit of Botox.

The British actress made a special appearance at a Photocall for Estee Lauder during Breast Cancer Awareness Month at Selfridges on Monday, October 8th, 2012 in London, England alongside Warne and her 10-year-old son Damian Charles Hurley. She looked stunning in a mid-thigh length purple dress with open-toed black pumps.

Earlier this morning, Hurley visited UK morning show Lorraine where she opened up about her man and, what she calls, his au naturale look!

“He has never had any surgery and he is not on a diet. He doesn’t wear make-up, God gave him those eyelashes – it’s annoying. They are very curly and he pulls them out all the time. For the record he is au naturel – he doesn’t get any assistance, especially not from me.”

As I have always said, there is no shame whatsoever with having plastic surgery, but at least be honest about it! I really hate it when someone has obviously had some kind of work done yet they deny, deny, deny!

Anywho, I digress because Hurley is promoting something much more important. In support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Hurley will help light up a popular British monument in pink!

“Tonight we are lighting the British Museum pink, which will be beautiful. It is the first time I have done that particular monument and it’s an exciting one for us, because it’s my favorite museum,” she explained

James Franco directs Petra Nemcova in new Stuart Weitzman short film

James Franco has done it all, at least it seems like he has! He’s gone from college student, to being an author, soap opera star, actor, producer, screenwriter and now short film director for shoe-designer-to-the-stars Stuart Weitzman. The 34-year-old hunk directed Czechoslovakian supermodel Petra Nemcova in a series of four one-minute vignettes inspired by the ’80s movie Mondo New York.

Set to a modern remake of the classic Patsy Cline song, “Walking After Midnight” by the band Girl in a Coma, the film captures the attributes of the Stuart Weitzman woman – independent, confident, sexy and playful – in a visually seductive and intriguing way, a press release said. This chic and sophisticated woman lives in motion; she is as comfortable in her own skin as she is in her Stuart Weitzmans. The film illustrates that no matter how high the heel, Stuart Weitzman stilettos can take you from day to night – and early into the next morning.

The first of four videos, entitled, “TheBackflip”, was released at midnight via the Stuart Weitzman Facebook page and can be seen below. The next three episodes will be released on consecutive “Weitzman Wednesdays” and the entire film will go live on October 26th.

“Mad Men” star Christina Hendricks: “I love wearing glasses”

After all the years that kids at school made fun of me for wearing glasses, I’m so glad it’s such a hot trend now! Proud spec-wearer Christina Hendricks made a special appearance at Specsavers’ 2012 Spectacle Wearer of the Year event held on Wednesday, October 3rd, 2012 in Sydney, Australia.

It’s a great initiative that encourages people to be proud and confident of wearing their glasses,” the Mad Men star said about the initiative. “Personally, I love to wear glasses and experiment with different shapes, colors and styles. I even wear specs when I’m on the red carpet! Glasses are a great fashion accessory that can either complement my outfit or be a statement piece.”

I have seen plenty of photos of the flame-haired beauty on red carpets rockin’ a pair of black framed glasses like the ones shown in this gallery. I hate it when people endorse things they don’t really use but Hendricks is the real deal!

My fellow Libra looked sexy in a leopard print top which she paired with a smokin’ hot pair of jeans and matching strappy Giuseppe Zanotti heels, both in red!

I’ve been dying to try out the colorful jean trend but wasn’t sure which shade would work best on a curvy girl. By the looks of this gallery, I think I’m going to try my luck with the hottest color for fall like Ms. Milian!

Joining the 31-year-old Latina on the dance floor was none other than her Christmas Cupid co-star Ashley Benson! (Yes the star of Pretty Little Liars!) The girls boogied (along with fellow guests including Karina Smirnoff, Holly Madison and Gilles Marini) to tunes including “Call Me Maybe” by Carly Rae Jepsen, “Super Bass” by Nicki Minaj, “On the Floor” by Jennifer Lopez featuring Pitbull and “Love You Like A Love Song” by Selena Gomez and the Scene.

Latina superstar Jennifer Lopez is making her appearance at Paris Fashion Week known! The 43-year-old stunner was photographed at the Chanel Womenswear Spring / Summer 2013 show at the Grand Palais on Tuesday, October 2nd, 2012 in Paris, France. Joining her front row for fashionable fun was four-year-old Emme Maribel Muniz, her daughter with ex-husband Marc Anthony. JLo’s current squeeze Casper Smart was also in attendance.

I’m loving how so many celebrities are making fashion shows a family affair! Recent pairings spotted at various fashion shows include Victoria Beckham and daughter Harper, stylist June Ambrose and her 7-year-old mini-me daughter Summer Chamblin who were a staple at New York Fashion Week, Salma Hayek and daughter Valentina Pinault and Katie Holmes who is rarely ever seen without 6-year-old Suri Cruise.

Jennifer kept her look classic in head-to-toe Chanel with a minimum amount of make-up and her hair swept up into a bun. She kept her cleavage at bay before entering the show with a cropped black jacket. I’m in love with the mini-lace dress, sexy pumps, and signature Chanel bag! This is definitely a case of where less-is-more really worked perfectly!

Don’t even get me started on little Emme’s adorable ensemble! Work it girls!
