Fast and Furious 6: Michelle Rodriguez and Jordana Brewster in London

fast and furious london

If you have a need for speed, get ready for the sixth installment of the Fast and the Furious which celebrated its world premiere in London just a bit ago. Two of the first stars on the special blue carpet at the Empire, Leicester Square were Latina beauties Michelle Rodriguez and Jordana Brewster. Michelle looked stunning in a red, strapless gown while Jordana opted for a sparkly, nude gown by Jenny Packham. Also in the shots is Elsa Pataky, who looks absolutely stunning as a blond and rockin’ a short hairdo!

Fans of the series should be grateful for M-Rod’s gift of gab; she confirmed a big name for the 7th film set to premiere next summer.

“Jason Statham, Vin Diesel, Dwayne Johnson, when you see these guys in a room you know they belong together. You can see in their eyes that they have gone through a lot. I applaud Universal for getting him on-board!”

Are you excited over the addition of Jason Statham?! Catch Fast and Furious 6 when it hits theaters May 24th, 2013.

Zachary Quinto and Leonard Nimoy Go Head-To-Head in Audi Advert

Nemoy 2

I feel like it’s been so long since we’ve showed Zachary Quinto some love that it’s about time we changed that! In an adorable new ad for Audi, our boy ZQ and Star Trek’s original Spock Leonard Nimoy challenge each other to a race. Zach gets to drive the sexy new Audi A7 while Mr. Nimoy drives a Mercedes CLS 550 as they compete to see who can reach a golf course first.

I must admit, I love seeing this pair spending personal time together. Is it too much that i like to imagine that they really do sit at home and battle it out during a friendly game of 3D Chess?

I don’t want to ruin the outcome of the advertisement, but I will say, someone wins after applying the Vulcan Neck Pinch! Don’t forget to catch Star Trek Into The Darkness when it hits theaters on May 17th.

Bang! Bang! Watch Out For Sofia Vergara’s Loaded Guns!

Sofia Vergara Machete Kills

It’s not like Sofia Vergara’s décolletage needed any more attention but Robert Rodriguez decided to take them to a whole other level! For his upcoming film, Machete Kills, the famed filmmaker has decided to turn the girly Colombiana into a bad-ass character named Lady Desdemona whose bra doubles as a machine gun.

You can be sure it’s not something Victoria’s Secret will be running to create for their stores any time soon.

“It was a whirlwind. She was willing to do anything and everything, Rodriguez said about the CoverGirl spokesperson and star of Modern Family. “She became this character. It was great fun for everybody.”

The highly anticipated sequel puts the spotlight back on our hero Machete (Danny Trejo) who is recruited by the United States government to battle his way through Mexico in order to take down an arms dealer who looks to launch a weapon into space.

The film, which hits theaters on September 13th, also stars Michelle Rodriguez, Amber Heard, Charlie Sheen, Lady Gaga, Antonio Banderas, Jessica Alba, Demián Bichir, Alexa Vega, Vanessa Hudgens, Cuba Gooding, Jr., and Mel Gibson.

emperor matthew fox

If you’ve been missing Lost hottie Matthew Fox as much as I have, you will be elated to see the official poster for his new film, Emperor co-starring Tommy Lee Jones! A gripping tale of love and honor forged between fierce enemies of war, EMPEROR tells the story, inspired by true events, of the bold and secret moves that won the peace in the shadows of post-war Japan.

Starring Academy Award-winner Tommy Lee Jones, Matthew Fox, and newcomer Eriko Hatsune, EMPEROR brings to life the American occupation of Japan in the perilous and unpredictable days just after Emperor Hirohito’s World War II surrender. As General Douglas MacArthur (Jones) suddenly finds himself the de facto ruler of a foreign nation, he assigns an expert in Japanese culture – General Bonner Fellers (Fox), to covertly investigate the looming question hanging over the country: should the Japanese Emperor, worshiped by his people but accused of war crimes, be punished or saved?

Gael Garcia Bernal strikes a pose in Madrid for “No”

'No' Madrid Photocall

On a relatively chilly day, Mexican star Gael Garcia Bernal posed for photographers at a photocall for his latest film NO held at Golem Cinemas on February 7, 2013 in Madrid, Spain. Joining Gael in promoting the project is director Pablo Larraín who also served as the films producer.

Based on a true story, when Chilean military dictator Augusto Pinochet, facing international pressure, calls for a referendum on his presidency in 1988, opposition leaders persuade a brash young advertising executive, Rene Saavedra (Bernal), to spearhead their campaign. With scant resources and constant scrutiny by the despot’s watchmen, Saavedra and his team devise an audacious plan to win the election and free their country from oppression.

Lest we forget to mention that No has been nominated for Best Foreign Language Film at the 85th Academy Awards! Keeping my fingers cross chicos! You can catch the film on the big screen on February 15th.
