RASCAL FLATTS not only accepted the honor of Favorite Group at the PEOPLE’S CHOICE AWARDS (PCA), they also announced a contest to design the cover of their upcoming CD.

The contest, a partnership with the PCA, allows fans to design artwork and submit it to www.pcaVOTE.com until JANUARY 22nd. The band will narrow down the selections and present their top picks to the fans, who will then vote on the winner.

The band’s sixth studio album, “Unstoppable,” is due in stores on APRIL 7th. For complete rules and submission requirements, visit the PCA website or www.rascalflatts.com.

Amy Winehouse: Dang girl!

Amy Winehouse is currently on vacation in St. Lucia looking like she might be kicking her drug habit.  She actually looks a little better and she is putting on some weight. It’s also a positive sign that she is in water, she is getting clean…literally!

Her hair is a whole other issue.  I did not prefer the beehive but this little bo peep hair-do makes me crack up!

Let’s hope 2009 will hot an Amy Winehouse comeback.  I’m rooting for ya girl!

Staind: Where have you been?

I love this band.  I love hearing Aaron Lewis’s voice.  Staind was on “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno” last night.  They performed their latest single entitled, “All I Want” from their cd, “The Illusion of Progress.”

Notice at the end of the clip when ScarJo comes out, Aaron can’t stop looking at her!

Rick Astley is the best act ever!

rickastleyI have loved Rick Astley since the 90′s and I am totally obsessed with the Rickrolling phenomenon!  Congrats to him for winning the MTV Best Act Ever Award.  Look how gorgeous he looks after all these years.

The man himself had this message for his fans.

Duffy promotes pop!

Welsh singer Duffy is the new face for Diet Coke!   She is reported to have a scored a 6 figure salary to star in their new ad campaigns. Not too shabby babe!

The Coca Cola companies are said to have been attracted to Duffy for her “raw and edgy character.”  Filming of the commercials will begin in early 2009.
