Ellen finally scores Clooney!

Ellen’s dream has finally come true!  All her attempts at getting George Clooney on her show have finally paid off.  She tried to entice him with beautiful women like Anna Faris and Carmen Electra but to our surprise that is not what it will take to reel in Georgie boy.

Thanks to two men, Cincinnati Reds Hall of Famers Johnny Bench and Joe Morgan, Clooney’s childhood heroes, he decided to be a guest on Ellen’s show.

Brody Jenner on Regis and Kelly

Brody Jenner was on “Regis & Kelly” to promote his new show, “Bromance.”  He chats about interviewing guys to be his new “bro,” how he met his girlfriend, his new year resolutions, they guys crying on his new show, and we get to hear about Regis’s one-night-stand with Jack Nicholson!

Yeah this is not the best idea for a new show but he does give us something nice to look at!

Dev Patel visits Craig Ferguson

“Slumdog Millionaire” star Dev Patel visited with Craig Ferguson last week. He chats about the surprise sensation that “Slumdog Millionare” has become, meeting Danny Boyle, faking his Indian accent, living with his parents, getting on with his sister, meeting Clint Eastwood and the possibility of him doing an action film!

I promise to watch this movie this week!

Arj Barker visits Letterman

arj
You may not know the name Arj Barker yet, but you most definitely know his character Dave on Flight of the Conchords.  Take note, this guy is really funny.  Arj did some of his stand-up Friday on “The Late Show with David Letterman.” My favorite is his bit about global warming.  It makes a lot of sense!

Catch Arj and the “Flight of the Conchords” when they return to HBO for their 2nd and final season tonight at 10 p.m. EST.

Also for more Arj, check out his myspace page with his new tour dates.  When will you come to Miami Arj?

Hugh Laurie visits Leno

“House” star Hugh Laurie visited “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno” last night.  He chats about spending the holidays in shorts, his long time “partner,” his dad who was a doctor in real life, making a citizen’s arrest, and becoming a part of musical group, “Band from TV.”

Ellen finally scores Clooney!

clooneyellenIt makes me so happy to announce that Ellen has finally scored her interview with George Clooney! She has tried to entice him with Anna Faris and Carmen Electra, Chippendale dancers, and she even tried to get President Elect Barack Obama to appoint him ambassador to the Ellen show!

So in the end, what did it take for Ellen to snag George? A shared stage with his childhood heroes, Cincinnati Reds Hall of Famers Johnny Bench and Joe Morgan.

The show was taped Thursday in Burbank, Calif., and will be broadcast Monday.
