Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer welcome twins!

Congratulations are in order to Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer who recently welcomed their twin babies! Though there aren’t many details out there as of yet, we do know that mommy and babies are doing great.

“We can confirm that Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer recently welcomed their twins into the world,” reps for the actors tell PEOPLE exclusively.

“The babies were born a few weeks early, but are in good health and both Mom and Dad are overjoyed.”

The twins are also welcomed by big sister Lilac (who is ten years old) and big brother Billy (who is twelve years old), Moyer’s children from previous relationships. The duo, who currently star on the sexy supernatural hit True Blood, married in August 2010.

I love this little family and I can’t wait to see images of them out-and-about with their babies! Especially when they are out with new uncles Alexander Skarsgard, Joe Manganiello, and even playdates with Sam Trammell and his twins!

Unleash your inner vamp with HSN’s new True Blood inspired beauty collection

Last year at San Diego Comic Con, I had the pleasure to meet the Tarte team who were giving a select few make-overs from their True Blood make-up collection at The Wired Cafe. So hearing news that HSN was teaming up with various brands to unveil an entire beauty line made me quite giddy!

The Forsaken Collection will include an Eau de Parfum, a body cream and shimmering body veil powder created by Givaudan. So will the line’s eponymous scent smell like Eau de Eric Northman? Here are the details according to the press release.

The fragrance is evocative of the dark and seductive world of True Blood, capturing the soul of the show and combining it with trendsetting, iconic products. Prominent fragrance house Givaudan developed Forsaken with an addictive blend of light and dark notes. Pulpy fruits paired with crisp pear notes are followed by mid notes of night blooming jasmine, also fittingly known as Queen of the Night. The scent closes with the dark muskiness of amber and patchouli. Ultra feminine, yet sultry, the fragrance will cast a spell on everyone.

Nail Lacquer giant Deborah Lippmann will be incorporating the Forsaken fragrance into a polish aptly named, “Let It Bleed” alongside a matching lipstick (her first foray into a lip product!) named, “Bite Me.” But wait, there is more! The brand also created two additional sets for the collection: “Sookie Sookie” featuring full-size “Human Nature,” “Fairydust” and “Bad Things;” and a trio of minis including “Strange Love,” “New Flesh” and “Bad Blood.”

And for those nights when you want to play “Sookie takes Bill” or “Sookie hearts Bill,” or even “Sookie gets wolfy with Alicide,” your home can also get the True Blood treatment! Luxury candles and diffusers with the Forsaken scent developed by Givaudan will also be part of the collection.

The Forsaken collection will be spotlighted on HSN with four, one hour segments running throughout the day on August 9, starting at 12:01 a.m. How long do you think it will be on the screen before its sold out? Not very long so I suggest you set-up a calendar reminder immediately!

True Blood stars Alexander Skarsgard, Stephen Moyer, Anna Paquin, Sam Trammell, Ryan Kwanten, Rutina Wesley, Joe Manganiello, Nelsan Ellis, Kristin Bauer van Straten, and Deborah Ann Woll.

Mark-Paul Gosselaar and Anna Paquin step out for College Television Awards

Nothing could have pleased me more than to be on the red carpet at the College Television Awards on Saturday, March 31st. Not only was I proud of my fellow students for being honored for their achievements in video, digital and film, but I also celebrated my birthday alongside some of my favorite stars from the small screen.

The College Television Awards is a national competition recognizing excellence in college student-produced video, digital and film work. Hundreds of students from across the country entered into the contest and this years winners were feted at a black-tie gala held at the Renaissance Hotel Hollywood in Hollywood, California. The students were presented their awards by celebrity presenters in various categories such as animation, comedy, drama, and more.

Serving as hosts for the evening were Franklin & Bash stars Mark-Paul Gosselaar and Breckin Meyer. Amongst this years presenters and guests were Anna Paquin from True Blood, Paul Blackthorne from The River, Eliza Coupe and Zachary Knighton from ABC’s Happy Endings, British beauty Cat Deeley, Tony Hale (Buster! from Arrested Development), and Lamorne Morris from New Girl.

My personal favorites of the night were Lamorne Morris, who claimed co-star Kali Hawk wanted to sleep with him, and Zack Morris, who didn’t hang around for too long because he had to attend to his hosting duties. All the stars offered the young and hungry students some nuggets of knowledge about the industry to help them out with their future careers.

“Stay true to yourselves,” Tony Hale told students about being an up-and-comer in the entertainment industry. “This business sometimes wants to put you in a mold and what’s setting you apart is yourself and what you bring to the table.”

So You Think You Can Dance host Cat Deely added:

Work hard. I don’t think there are any shortcuts. I think its about working hard, preparing, and then enjoying the moment. Be in the moment.

Amongst the nights first place winners were Nicholas Dixon and Bree Evans in the comedy category for “Mr. Bellpond”, Julio Ramos in the drama category for “Carrerita, Doctor! A Doctor’s Job” and Dawn Schwartz in the documentary category for “World on a String.”

I’m looking forward to seeing this years winners become next years directors, producers, writers, and actors.

True Blood’s first trailer teases return of Russell Edgington

True Blood fans are no doubt doing cartwheels this morning after the first official teaser trailer was released by HBO! While there is no new footage available in the video, the words “In Bon Temps, nothing stays buried forever” really sets the theme for what we can expect during season five.

The first person that comes to mind of course is the flamboyant King of Mississippi Russell Edgington who was buried underneath concrete in the third season finale thanks to Sookie (Anna Paquin), Bill (Stephen Moyer) and Eric (Alexander Skarsgard). Before the episode ended however, Alcide (Joe Manganiello) finds the mysterious hole in the concrete letting us know the King will return!

But with all the excitement over the return of Russell, lest we forget Reverend Steve Newlin’s (Michael McMillian) appearance during the season four finale where he gave us a look at his fangs! Did my man Eric turn this crazy bible thumper into a fanger?

Who else could be making a return this summer? I’m not sure but this video sure has me pretty excited!
