Camila Alves gets wrapped up at ‘Killer Joe’ premiere!

Can’t wait for the fall to check out I.N.C International Concepts collection? Camila Alves gave us a sneak peek at what we can expect to see at Macy’s come October while on the red carpet at the Killer Joe premiere held at the Tribeca Grand Hotel on July 23, 2012 in New York City.

The Brazilian beauty, who posed alongside her new husband Matthew McConaughey, rocked the Colorblock Bandage Dress ($169.50) and the Magnolia Platform Pumps ($89). You can’t even tell that Alves is currently carrying the couples third child!

What I love about this dress is how the dark blue triangles on either side of her waist gives the illusion of slimmer mid-section. It’s not like she needs it but for us curvy chicas will look as fabulous in this dress as our thinner counterparts!

Don’t forget to support hunky Matthew when Killer Joe hits the big screen on July 27th.

Baby Boom: Claire Danes and Camila Alves announce pregnancy

I am not even gonna attempt to lie. I’m very happy and excited for Camila Alves and hubby Matthew McConaughey who are announcing their third pregnancy, but I’m beyond elated for Claire Danes and hubby Hugh Dancy who are pregnant with their first baby!!!

A representative for the 33-year-old confirmed the news to People Magazine exclusively last night just as everyone was preparing to set-off fireworks of their own. I’ve loved her since My So Called Life and have been absolutely sucked into her Showtime drama, Homeland.

HOMELAND!! The announcement did not say how far along she is but it does mention her character Carrie Mathison will not be affected during season two. Gosh imagine if it had?! Could she have been carrying Brody’s (Damian Lewis) baby?

I’m not sure how plausible that all could have been after *SPOILER ALERT* she underwent electroshock treatment in the s1 finale but I guess you never know. Sorry I’ve gone off on a tangent here! (Don’t forget to tune in to the S2 premiere on September 30th)

An excited Magic Mike hunk took to Twitter this Independence Day to announce he and new wife Camila are currently with child. Baby number three will be welcomed into the McConaughey house by excited older siblings Levi and Vida.

happy birthday America, more good news, Camila and I are expecting our 3rd child, God bless, just keep livin, Matthew announced via his Twitter account.

Camila Alves becomes brand ambassador for Macy’s

Fresh from her wedding to Magic Mike hunk Matthew McConaughey, Camila Alves has even more good news to share! The fashionable beauty has been named brand ambassador for the private label I.N.C. International Concepts brand at Macy’s. The Brazilian theme seems to be pretty popular at the famed department store and I can’t say I blame them.

Camila, who is mommy to two children under the age of 5, closed the deal with Macy’s by giving them a true Latin experience!

“When Macy’s approached me about this, I told them we need more than a meeting in New York. I had the team to my home in Austin, cooked some food and had some wine. They’ve got to really like me — it’s a big partnership,” said Alves.

I’m glad to see someone like Alves front one of my favorite contemporary lines. You wouldn’t know this unless you lived in South Florida but its hard to find age appropriate clothing that are fun, trendy, and affordable!

Camila will begin to appear in advertisements in September. I hope she has some time to visit a few store locations, including Miami of course!

While Camila Alves is having a good ol’ time with fiancé Matthew McConaughey at SXSW in Austin, Texas, the folks at QVC are preparing to unveil her Spring collection of handbags on March 30th. Alves, who works alongside her mother Fatima on the collection, draws inspiration from her time and experiences in both New York and her native Brazil.

This is a really fun collection which features fringe and rope details perfect for the spring/summer.

My two favorite bags are the MUXO by Camila Alves Leather Small Tote (QVC Item #A222585) and the MUXO by Camila Alves Leather Satchel with Rope Detail (QVC Item #A222544). They cost approximately $239.00 and $229.00 respectively.

I also love the MUXO by Camila Alves Leather Small Round Hobo (QVC Item #A222581) which retails for approximately $199.00. The delicious coloring of the Chamois will surely brighten any ensemble. Plus its the perfect size for those days when you want to travel light.

Finally the MUXO by Camila Alves Leather Messenger with Fringe (QVC Item #A222555) is the one that most represents Camila’s style, in my opinion. I always see her wearing some fun outfits or accessories featuring fringe so I imagine the busy mommy of two has this as her go-to bag when out with the kids.

Matthew McConaughey gets engaged, Robert DeNiro welcomes baby girl!

Love was in the air this holiday season! Matthew McConaughey proudly announced his engagement to Camila Alves last night via his official WhoSay account. The message said, “just asked camila to marry me, merry Christmas.”

The couple, who are parents to Levi Alves McConaughey (born 2008) and daughter Vida Alves McConaughey (born 2010), also shared this beautiful photo of the special moment after she said “Yes.” (Notice the Texas native’s latest bald haircut!)

Matt and Camila have been together since 2007. Congrats!

Also making big news while we all celebrated with our families….Legendary actor Robert DeNiro and wife Grace Hightower welcomed a baby girl via surrogate! Helen Grace is their second child and weighed in at at 7 lbs., 2 oz according to People Magazine.

Their thirteen-year-old son Elliot is said to be embracing his new duty as big brother! Baby Helen also has older siblings Drena and Raphael, who are 40 and 35 respectively, from his marriage to Diahnne Abbott, and 16-year-old twin brothers Julian and Aaron, also born via surrogate from his relationship with Toukie Smith.

Congrats to the DeNiro clan!

Matthew McConaughey & Camila Alves take the kiddies to party!

Now if this isn’t the perfect bohemian family I don’t know who is! Matthew McConaughey and his longtime girlfriend Camila Alves brought their son Levi and baby Vida along for a birthday party in Malibu, CA on April 3, 2010.

I’m so happy Camila was carrying Vida in her arms so that we could get a quick look at their little princess. Both children are identical to their mother!

Matthew McConaughey & Camila Alves make a corny couple

This is quickly becoming one of my favorite little families! Matthew McConaughey & Camila Alves noshed on some delicious corn outside Cafe Habana in New York City today. The handsome little boy between them is their two and a half year old son Levi.

Who could have ever imagined Matthew in a scene such as this? Look how he gently they take turns to feed their little man!

The Brazilian beauty attended Bravo’s upfront party in support of her new show Shear Genius and she just raved about being a new mom.
