Happy New Year Upper East Siders! It sure looks like it will be a glorious one for plotting and creating scandals for our favorite characters on Gossip Girl. Given the chilly temperatures, Gossip Girl producers were so kind as to give us some much-needed hotness with Chace Crawford parading around Bergdorf & Goodman with Tika Sumpter, as they were filming scenes for episode 17 today.
