Sons of Anarchy: Will Juice live to see another day?

If you think the tension on Sons of Anarchy has grown exponentially since the start of the season, Emilio Rivera (who plays Mayan leader Alvarez) promises you ain’t seen nothing yet! We had the chance to speak with him yesterday after learning his character ends up the victim of a bullet in 7th episode of season four. He said you cannot miss one episode from here on out or you will be missing out on some major intensity! (more from our interview with Emilio in an upcoming post!)

**SPOILER ALERT! LOTS OF SPOILERS AHEAD, PROCEED WITH CAUTION!**

In “Fruit for the Crows” we finally see Bobby (Mark Boone Jr) stand up to Clay (Ron Perlman) who has been on his shit list ever since agreeing to mule drugs around for Romeo (Danny Trejo) and the Galindo cartel. The culmination finally puts Bobby in a position to challenge Clay’s leadership ability in front of his fellow SAMCRO boys and calling an “officers challenge.”

Could this lead to Clay being ousted as President leaving the spot to be filled by someone who opposes the shady dealings between the Cartel and SAMCRO? Things sounds like they will end up getting crazier before they get better.

And how about that Juice (Theo Rossi) storyline? You can tell he has been feeling all kinds of conflicted for at least the last 2 or 3 episodes which led us into the final scene when he attempts to take his own life.

Lucky for us fans of the Juice that it sounds like the branch snaps once the screen went dark so it might not be the last we’ve seen of Rossi just yet. And I do have a special message for Assistant U.S. Attorney Lincoln Potter (Ray McKinnon), don’t you know what happens to people like you? Two words: Agent Stahl. Look her up!

I have a feeling Sheriff Roosevelt (Rockmond Dunbar) will get some nerve and redeem himself. He doesn’t seem to want to be Potter’s patsy but he is doing it anyways! Get a clue and grow some balls please.

A spoiler I read from Ausiello this week mentioned his desire for Tara (Maggie Siff) not to die this season which really has me worried for Jax’s (Charlie Hunnam) ol’ lady. Yeah she can be a bit annoying sometimes but she is raising his two sons and saving lives everyday at the hospital. (Not to mention the lives of SAMCRO and their associates who end up injured in the line of duty!)

One of the things I told show creator Kurt Sutter at Comic Con this year was that I loved that he wasn’t afraid to kill off popular characters. Yeah I’m still mourning the loss of Half Sack but it does keep you on your toes when nobody is safe.

Could the show work if Tara is killed? Absolutely. Gemma (Katey Sagal) would step-up as grandmother and help her son raise those boys, especially since there is a HUGE chance in my mind that Clay could end up dead himself by seasons end!

Jax would end up President with his bff Opie (Ryan Hurst) would ride by his side in the coveted VP spot. This would herald a whole new era for SAMCRO that would please both the older and younger members of the club.

So much can happen in the remaining 5 episodes of the season, so be sure to sit glued in front of your tv Tuesday nights at 10 pm–only on FX.

Here is a preview of episode 8 entitled, “Family Recipe.”

Katey Sagal and Charlie Hunnam premiere ‘Sons of Anarchy’

In this day in age where reality television is all the rage, I’m grateful for shows like Sons of Anarchy that really push the envelope of storytelling every week and keep me absolutely addicted to not just the plot but also the characters.

We are only six days away from heralding the return of the FX drama and the entire cast hooked up last night to help kick-off the season the right way! Creator Kurt Sutter was joined by wife Katey Sagal, hot-boy Charlie Hunnam and his on-screen ol’ lady Maggie Siff, Ron Perlman, and the rest of the SAMCRO boys–Ryan Hurst, Theo Rossi, Tommy Flanagan, William Lucking, Kim Coates and Mark Boone Jr. at FX Network’s “Sons Of Anarchy” Season 4 Premiere on Tuesday, August 30th, 2011 in Los Angeles, California.

Guest star (and Mexican bad-ass!) Danny Trejo was also on-hand for the festivities!

The previews have me sitting on the edge of my seat with hints of inner turmoil and promises of utter bad-assness ahead! I have a feeling that this is not going to be the best season for Clay (Perlman) who is struggling with killer arthritis and the ghost of John Teller and the alleged murder plot hanging over him.

Season four promises to be another wild ride and we are in the bitch seat!

Now if only Kurt Sutter would come back to Twitter!

Tune in to the special 90-minute premiere on Tuesday, September 6th at 10:00 PM ET/PT only on FX.

Katey Sagal and Kurt Sutter step out in style, talk ‘Sons of Anarchy’

Power couple Katey Sagal and Kurt Sutter stepped out for the Fox All Star Party 2011 held at Gladstone’s Malibu on Friday, August 5th, 2011 in Malibu, California. Sagal, who plays Gemma Teller Morrow on the FX hit drama Sons of Anarchy, wore a mid-length, tank dress which she accessorized with a loose jacket, leather purse and comfy heels.

Her hubby Kurt broke up his black shirt and leather jacket with a pair of dark denim jeans.

We had the pleasure to chat with both Katey and Kurt during 2011 San Diego Comic Con where they gave us a little insight as to what we can expect during season 4. Also in the press room we were able to catch up with Ron Perlman and Charlie Hunnam but we are sad to announce that we had technical issues and are not able to post this portion. :(

Trust me, no one is sadder than me!

Regardless, I am including some great photos from the press room of Charlie and Ron for your viewing pleasure. There is even a snap in there where I am interviewing the guys, I’m so gutted I had issues with the video.

And if you will indulge me a little bit, I will share my photo with Charlie since a few of you have asked to see it. He was incredibly sweet and flattered by all the fan support for Sons of Anarchy. I’ve been a fan of his since seeing him on Undeclared, so it was a really great moment for me!

Not to mention that SEXY British accent will just make you SWOOON!!

Here is my chat with Katey and Kurt, who are just two of the loveliest people on Earth and I wish I could have chatted them up for hours!

Don’t forget to tune in to an all new season of Sons of Anarchy on September 6th, 2011 only on FX.

Charlie Hunnam heats up Las Vegas

I am so upset that I’ve been so busy that last couple of days that I nearly missed out on some new images of Sons of Anarchy hunk Charlie Hunnam! With the major lack of pictures that leak out of him, I would have totally kicked myself if I wouldn’t have grabbed these today!

Charlie hosted an event held at the Chateau Nightclub & Gardens at the Paris in Las Vegas, Nevada on Friday, May 13th, 2011. Also in attendance were fellow actor Ross McCall and rapper T-Pain who performed a DJ set sometime after 1 am.

Is it just me or does Mr. Hunnam look absolutely delicious with the buzz cut? That is not to say he isn’t absolutely drool inducing with longer hair but it seems like he can really do no wrong.

So what are the odds that his character Jax got his hair cut off while in jail? Could we see a different side of him in season four? Can’t wait to find out!
