When Elijah Wood is going on a chat show, you should never miss it! He cracks me up even if he occasionally disses my city!! (Yes Elijah, I know we agreed that you don’t HATE Miami but you need to come down here already so you can see how fab it is!)

To promote the season finale of his hot new show, Wilfred, Elijah visited The Jimmy Kimmel Show last night. Though I was sad that his co-star (who just so happens to be the series creator and my latest crush) Jason Gann wasn’t there, it was a pretty hilarious interview.

Wood mentions a recent trip to Oregon where he met a seemingly normal fan, who turned out to be a HILARIOUS individual with a Youtube account who wasn’t afraid to tell the world about her encounter with the Lord of the Rings cutie.

Well, she doesn’t know him from that epic film series because she says she isn’t into scary stuff. ha ha

Poor Ryan (Elijah Wood) keeps getting put into difficult situations by his buddy (and titular character) Wilfred (Jason Gan). And it looks like episode five entitled Respect will be no different.

This sneak peek clip shows Ryan and Wilfred visiting the South Venice Hospice where they will volunteer. During said visit, the pair realize that the four legged fellow has a secret power which gives him the knowledge of someones impending death.

The part where he pees on the wall of the old folks home makes me wonder why they didn’t call this episode disrespect?!

Tune in to watch an all new episode of Wilfred, Thursday nights at 10 pm only on FX.

Ooh I love you Elijah Wood but after watching your interview with Craig Ferguson I might have to reconsider! It’s a good thing that I will be sitting face to face with you during Comic Con so that we may discuss your reasons for not only disliking Florida but for dissing my entire state on television!

Granted, you do mention that you have never made it down to Miami so I will forgive you just this one time. I am also considering an impromptu salsa lesson for the press room to help sway your opinions.

But I digress…

The adorable Elijah Wood visited with the Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson where he chats a bit about his new show Wilfred, his fabulous grey shoes, music he likes, and The Hobbit.

For my fellow San Diego Comic Con goers, you can catch the official Wilfred panel which will take place on Thursday, July 21st from 6:15pm to 7:30 pm in Room 6A. A special autograph signing will also take place at the Fox Booth from 3:30-4:45 pm on the same day.
