Dania Ramirez and Fernanda Romero are a sexy denim duo!

Dania Ramirez and Fernanda Romero looked fabulous on the red carpet at Palihouse Holloway for the People StyleWatch Hollywood Denim Party on Thursday, September 20th, 2012 in West Hollywood, California. The ladies were on-trend with the party theme, rocking fun denim ensembles.

Dania, who was just named one of The Hollywood Reporter’s “35 Hottest Young Latinos in Entertainment”, looked hot in a pair of jeans that featured leather cut-outs throughout the front, grey tank designed with a pretty pattern, and suede booties.  She also worked a high bun, styled by hairstylist-to-the-stars Oribe.

Our girl Fernanda went all out with the denim theme showing off her curves in a short jean dress and platform shoes in nude.  She wore her hair loose and tussled for a sexy-yet-subtle effect!

Don’t forget to tune-in to the Alma Awards tonight at 8pm where you will see our girls Dania and Fernanda along with Gina Rodriguez, Eva Longoria and many others, only on NBC.

Gina Rodriguez and Fernanda Romero are Alma Awards beauties!

Two of my favorite “Rising Latina Stars”, Gina Rodriguez and Fernanda Romero made a stylish arrival to the 2012 NCLR ALMA Awards at Pasadena Civic Auditorium on Sunday, September 16th, 2012 in Pasadena, California.  I’ve had the pleasure to be around both of these fabulous chicas in real life and they are not only beautiful but so sweet and down-to-Earth that they make you feel like you’ve known them forever!

Filly Brown star Gina Rodriguez opted for a long blue gown with see-thru lace panels on either side of her waist and her décolletage.  Fernanda oped to go with a mid-length dress with a sexy cut-out showing lots of cleavage!  Work it ladies!

Speaking of Filly Brown, I previewed it during the New York International Film Festival in mid-August and I loved it.  Gina not only acts but also raps in the film!  Her co-stars Jenni Rivera, Lou Diamond Phillips, Edward James Olmos and Sons of Anarchy star Emilio Rivera rounded out the brilliant cast of talent.

Mexican beauty Fernanda Romero got on our radar for her work on Mun2′s RPM: Miami in 2011.  Since then, she has kept busy modelling and acting so watch out for her more-than-a-handful of projects set to debut in 2012 and 2013.

Keep an eye on these two!

Fernanda Romero keeps things spicy at the ALMA Awards

One of our favorite Hollywood starlets, Fernanda Romero, continues to prove why she is one-to-watch on the red carpet! The Mexican-born beauty dazzled at the 2011 NCR ALMA Awards at Santa Monica Civic Auditorium on Saturday, September 10th, 2011 in Santa Monica, California.

She rocked a Ximena Valero short dress in a beautiful shade of green, with black platform heels also by Valero, that matched perfectly with the criss-cross going across her back. Ms. Romero finished her look with a Xavier Madera necklace and Miriam Jewels bracelet and earrings.

With RPM Miami wrapping up a successful first season in July, it has allowed Fernanda to work on various other projects. She just completed a film entitled, Mission Park–a dramatic thriller that follows four friends from the rough side of town who grow apart when two are consumed by a life of crime. Little do they know that the other two become FBI agents sent deep undercover – to bring them down!

Mission Park also stars Sean Patrick Flanery, Walter Perez, Will Rothhaar and Vivica Fox.

Fernanda Romero wraps season 2 of Mango web series

It’s been quite a busy year for Mexican actress Fernanda Romero. Between her roles in the bilingual television show RPM Miami on Mun2, shooting the movie Without Men alongside Eva Longoria, and starring in the second season of Spanish clothing brand Mango’s web series, I’ve no idea how she finds any free time!

We received these beautiful new images of Fernanda and her co-star Agim Kaba during the Mango shoot which wrapped this morning.

Romero plays the lead character named Taylor, a sexy agent who represents high power clients while looking fabulous in her Mango gear. If these pictures are any indication as to what we can expect between the Latina powerhouse and sexy Agiva, the servers will have a hard time keeping up with all the traffic!

What a lucky girl, she always get’s to hook up with hot boys!!

This first-of-its-kind type of promotion for a fashion brand, is set to debut it’s second season this fall.

In the meantime, you can catch all new episodes of RPM Miami Sunday nights on Mun2.

Fernanda Romero is pretty in pink

Proving herself to be a total fashionista, Fernanda Romero stepped out in a hot pink Naven dress and a sexy pair of Rock and Republic heels at the People En Español 50 Most Beautiful party. Joining her were her RPM Miami co-stars Adrian Bellani and Frankie J at the event which took place at Guastavino’s on Thursday, May 19th, 2011 in New York City, New York.

Not only is she stunning on the outside but she also has a great heart. Earlier this month Romero took part in a special humanitarian event during Mother’s Day that allowed women living on the streets an opportunity to feel beautiful for the day. The women were treated to makeovers that included: hair, makeup, nails and styling. The brunette beauty helped by doing makeovers on a variety of grateful women.

I hope the folks over at People En Español are taking note for next years selection!

You can catch Fernanda, Adrian, and Frankie J on the mun2 hit drama RPM Miami, Sunday nights at 10pm.

UPFRONTS UPDATE: RPM Miami renewed for second season

As we move forward to the fourth episode of the bilingual drama RPM Miami, you start to realize why the formula is such a hit. It’s the combination of hot young Hollywood talent, writing that is a mixture of drama and comedy, the bad guy with terrible sideburns, and the sexy city of Miami as a backdrop, that is winning over fans every Sunday night.

During upfronts in New York City yesterday, it was announced that Telemundo’s mun2 network has renewed RMP Miami for a second season!! They are also adding a brand new reality music competition “El Más Ching*n” to their line-up.

Here is some info straight from press release I received today:

The May 1, 2011 premiere of “RPM Miami” scored mun2’s highest-rated original debut among YLAs aged 18-34 in prime time. The series ranked among the top programs across all Hispanic and English cable networks, making it the 7th most watched program, regardless of language, among persons 18-34 at 10pm on Sunday night. “RPM Miami” introduced viewers to lead cast Alejandro (Salvadoran actor Adrian Bellani), Luisa (Mexican actress Fernanda Romero) and Ramon (Latin recording artist Frankie J).

““We are excited to announce the second season of our highly successful bilingual scripted series ‘RPM,’ as well as the new, unprecedented production ‘El Mas Ching*n,’ both of which are in-line with our network’s commitment to producing groundbreaking, authentic and un-matched programming for the coveted demographic of today’s YLAs,” said Diana Mogollon, general manager, mun2. “These original shows celebrate the uniquely American experience that truly represents today’s New America.”

“El Más Ching*n,” a competition reality series, is set to discover the next big Regional Mexican artist. It’s a talent search with a twist. Selecting contestants through an interactive online campaign, the road to regional stardom is filled with lifestyle challenges that include writing and performing, as well as horseback riding, media pressure tests and other identifiers of regional respect.

Judged by celebrity personalities, the contestants will also be documented through behind-the-scenes rehearsals, back-story segments and confessionals, and tensions between the contestants, competing for one prize. Quién es el más chign*n?

Tune in for an all new episode of RPM Miami, Sunday nights on Mun2.
