George Lopez insults Kirstie Alley, but will she have the last laugh?

George Lopez is a comedian, a pretty good one (most of the time). Last night on his late night show on TNT he discussed the season twelve premiere of Dancing with the Stars. TROUBLE IS A BREWIN’

First he dissed Kendra Wilkinson and Ralph Macchio, but ever so slightly before flat out calling Wendy Williams a man! She does love wearing [Read more...]

George Lopez cracks up South Florida

Who knew comedian George Lopez would bring out all the hot Latina’s in the South Florida area?! I swear, there were more sexy chicas at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino last night, than what I saw for Enrique Iglesias, if you can believe that.

This was my first time catching the comedian-turned-late night host live, so I [Read more...]

Coco is going to TBS

After the dust has settled, it looks like comedian Conan O’Brien is headed for TBS! He will host a late-night talk show that is expected to debut in November. The Emmy®-winning comedian’s new program will be followed by Lopez Tonight, which will shift to a midnight time slot.

George Lopez called up Conan himself to encourage him to seal the deal!

“I can’t think of anything better than doing my show with Conan as my lead-in,” Lopez said. “It’s the beginning of a new era in late-night comedy.”

O’Brien’s move to the cable network is solidifying their presence in late night television.

“For decades, late-night TV has been dominated by broadcast television,” said Steve Koonin, president of Turner Entertainment Networks. “Now, with a young audience and a growing late-night lineup, TBS is set to be the choice of comedy fans for years to come.”

His hour-long, yet-to-be-titled show Mondays through Thursdays at 11 p.m. (ET/PT).

Andy Garcia premieres City Island

Proud papi Andy Garcia walked the red carpet alongside his stunning daughter Dominik Garcia-Lorido with whom he co-stars in the new movie City Island.

“As a father I’m very proud of her, and as an actress,” he explained.

“This is the third time we’ve worked together.”

In the comedy directed by Raymond De Fellita you meet the Rizzos, a family that might get along a lot better if only they could tell each other the truth. Dad Vince (Andy Garcia) is the worst offender. But since the prison guard won’t even admit that poker night is in fact acting class, how’s he ever going to explain about his illegitimate son?
