Gerard Butler goofs off at ‘Machine Gun Preacher’ premiere

With festivities in full force in Canada, Gerard Butler had a bit of fun at the premiere of Machine Gun Preacher held at Roy Thomson Hall during the 2011 Toronto International Film Festival on Sunday, September 11th, 2011. The dapper Scot made his arrival in a navy blue suit with a matching light blue shirt and plaid tie.

The upcoming action biopic film tells the story of Sam Childers (Butler), a former drug-dealing biker tough guy who found God and became a crusader for hundreds of Sudanese children who’ve been forced to become soldiers.

Also starring in Machine Gun Preacher are Michael Shannon and Michelle Monaghan.

Look out for Gerry and the gang when the drama hits theaters on September 23rd.

Has Gerard Butler found love?

Get ready for all the rumors to begin! Check out the steamy photo above of Gerard Butler smooching a brunette over the weekend!  Hmn..not sure how serious it was but it looks like he tried to play it cool a bit later as he was spotted chatting up a blond on the beach later in the day in Malibu, California on August 13th, 2011.

Was he trying to throw us off the scent?? Ok I joke! But that is one adorable pup isn’t it? Not even it was able to keep from kissing the hot Scot all over!

The newly svelte Butler gave us a lot to watch as he laughed and posed showing off those sexy abs and sculpted arms while chatting up his lady friend.

Gerry seems to be having a nice time back in Cali after a quick visit home to Glasgow for a charity soccer match.

Gerard Butler makes fans giddy in Glasgow

Gerard Butler made his arrival into Glasgow International Airport on Tuesday, August 8th, 2011. Always happy to please the fans (but maybe not the paparazzi!), Gerry posed for pictures with two ladies who were lucky enough to spot him right before he left.

Gerry is in Scotland to play in a charity match against Manchester United today set to benefit ex-Celtic football butler2 player John Kennedy. The star of such movies as The Bounty Hunter and 300 is a longtime Celtic’s fan and is said to be “delighted at getting the opportunity to play at Celtic Park”.

In other Butler news, word spread across the internet yesterday that the forty one year old had signed on to FBI thriller, The Bricklayer. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the film is based the best-selling novel by former FBI agent Noah Boyd and follows a rogue former agent (Butler) who’s called in to help battle a criminal group that is demanding an escalating series of multi-million dollar ransom payments.

We’ve just added a hot! hot! hot! new photograph of Gerry during the match earlier today and we must say, WOW! Now we know why he looks so thin these days, a lot of working out. GOOD LORD LOOK AT THOSE ABS!!!

Gerard Butler shows off slimmer figure at luncheon!

While I do prefer men with some meat on their bones, you’d be hard up to find ways I’d ever dislike Gerard Butler! The handsome Scot was photographed showing off his svelte new figure at The Hollywood Foreign Press Association Annual Luncheon held at the Beverly Hills Hotel on Thursday, August 4th, 2011 in Beverly Hills, California.

Looking dapper in a grey suit, the forty one year old hunk is gearing up to promote two upcoming films at the Toronto Film Festival in September. Both Machine Gun Preacher and Coriolanus will be screened during the popular event that takes place from the 8th until the 18th.

Leonardo DiCaprio dines with Gerard Butler in Italy

After spending a fun filled day riding around in a scooter with a friend, Leonardo DiCaprio sat for a meal with his mother Irmelin in Capri, Italy on Saturday, July 9th, 2011. Joining them at the large table were a variety of close friends that included hunky Scotsman Gerard Butler!

Leo tried to be incognito when he realized paparazzi had spotted him zipping around in the scooter, which could have caused accident as he attempted to cover his face. He did manage to avoid being spotted hopping into a helicopter

Earlier in the day Leo took a ride on a scooter with a pal and tried to avoid being photographed by ducking his head around while driving. He later joined his mother for a helicopter ride before making their arrival at dinner.

Gerry has also been spotted having a good ol’ time while in Europe. He was spotted with a long list of fellow celebrities including Christoph Waltz, Sting, and Eli Roth at the Ischia Global Film and Music Festival in Ischia.

Gerard Butler steps out in style at the CFDA Awards

After a relaxing weekend spent in Hawaii, Gerard Butler made a special appearance at the 2011 CFDA Fashion Awards held at Alice Tully Hall, Lincoln Center on Monday, June 6th, 2011 in New York City. He looked sharp as he posed on the purple carpet in a stunning black tuxedo that fit his utterly fit body to perfection.

Gerry is one of those people who has weight fluctuations at different points in his life and I kind of love that about him. It shows the man isn’t perfect but I find him absolutely attractive no matter how much he weighs!

Recent photos show the hot Scot driving his Playing the Field co-star Jessica Biel around on his motorcycle late last week. It has the internet buzzing with rumors of a relationship but a ride amongst friends is nothing to go by just yet.
