There has been so much talk about Lindsay Lohan signing on to star as the illustrious Elizabeth Taylor in the Lifetime’s Original Movie, Liz & Dick that I wasn’t sure what to expect. Above are the official images released by the network showing Ms. Lohan and co-star Grant Bowler in full costume and I must admit, Lindsay does look the role. But will she do a good job playing her?

I’m not here to judge anyone based on their past personal problems because I’m not perfect but her most recent acting roles left a lot to be desired. Could it help her that she has gone through rehab and is trying to turn over a new leaf?

Maybe, but she sure does have some pretty big shoes to fill.
