Oscars Best Dressed: Gwyneth Paltrow and Cameron Diaz

As much as I will say that everyone looked beautiful on the red carpet this evening during the 84th Annual Academy Awards held at the Hollywood & Highland Center, but no one really dazzled me. But since I have to pick the “best dressed” of the evening, I will say that the aforementioned Viola Davis in Vera Wang along with Gwyneth Paltrow in white Tom Ford and Cameron Diaz in Gucci will take top honors.

Gwyneth got me the most excited with the beautiful lines of her cape and how perfect it paired with her dress. I hope she doesn’t change when she heads to the stage to present an award!

Cameron took the opportunity to show off her athletic bod in a strapless gown that fit her like a glove. The dress also helped feature her new shorter haircut that reminds me of her time here in Miami when she was shooting, “There’s Something About Mary.”

Who did you guys love on the carpet tonight?

REVIEW: Glee “A Night of Neglect

This had to be the weirdest, most awkward hour of Glee since it started 2 years ago. “A Night of Neglect” was all over the place, and so boring I was tempted to fast forward through it. Thankfully there were a few moments that really stood out and that I enjoyed but mostly I’d like to forget I ever watched it. At first I thought perhaps I was just not in the mood, but I consulted with my fellow Gleeks at work the next morning and the feeling was unanimous. It really was terrible.

REVIEW: Glee “Sexy”

Gwyneth Paltrow returned to Glee this week to teach everyone about sex and in the process she managed to hold together an episode that was trying desperately to get away from her. Glee has always played fast and loose with reality but they really outdid themselves on this one.

Cee Lo Green steals show in peacock outfit!

Just when you thought that Lady Gaga was going to steal the show with her egg/birthing performance the title was stolen by Cee Lo Green who accomplished this task! He hit the stage with Gwyneth Paltrow and a band of puppets to perform his hit song, “Forget You” in what seems to be an ode to Elton John’s performance on the Muppet Show with the song “Crocodile Rock.”

Gwyneth Paltrow’s guest spot on Glee airs next week but of course the sneak peeks are already blowing up YouTube. We know she does a mash up of “Singing In The Rain” and “Umbrella” but in this clip she shows the Glee kids that she does know a thing or two about Hip-Hop.
