With girlfriend Rosie Huntington-Whiteley traveling the world to promote her feature film debut in Transformers: Dark of the Moon, Jason Statham is kicking back in California. The action star was photographed departing from a medical office building in Beverly Hills, California on Monday, June 27th, 2011.

Statham is getting ready to take on Clive Owen in the thriller The Killer Elite, heading to theaters on September 23rd, 2011. The Gary McKendry directed film tells the story of a retired member of Britain’s Elite Special Air Service (Statham) who is lured out of retirement to rescue Hunter (Robert DeNiro), his mentor who has been taken captive. To make the rescue, he must complete a near-impossible mission of killing three tough-as-nails assassins dispatched by Spike (Owen), their cunning leader.

Action star Jason Statham tried to keep it low key as he departed from a local eatery in West Hollywood, California on Wednesday, May 18th, 2011 after lunch. With having an extraordinarily gorgeous girlfriend (and nearly half his age!) like Rosie Alice Huntington-Whiteley, its no wonder Statham has to keep in such amazing shape.

This fall, the forty three year old Brit is set to star in the crime drama entitled, Safe. He stars as a former elite agent who takes on a two-tier mission: rescue a Chinese girl who has been abducted by the Triads, then use a highly desired safe combination to outwit the Russian Mafia, corrupt NYC officials, and the Triads themselves.
