While drama surrounds Kat Von D since her break up with bad boy Jesse James, she put on a brave face during a walk with a friend in Los Angeles, California on Friday, July 29th, 2011.

Even though we are all assuming James is at fault since he is known for his philandering ways, tattoo artist Von D is going on record via her Facebook page to let the world know the demise of the relationship was her fault.

The accumulation of things this past year have been challenging in so many ways, but for the most part I found it easy to stay positive through it. At times I even surprised myself at how resilient I was to a lot of these challenges…

There was my new relationship with Jesse, which regardless of how happy it made me, sprung a lot of negativity from the outside world. Then the 2 month book tour, not to mention my house burning down half way through the tour…

Taking on another season of filming the show during all of this, plus a million other things to add to the list…

She further said that the outside world did not accept her relationship and that it put a lot of pressure on the two.

With an all new season of her reality tv show on TLC, L.A. Ink getting ready to kick off on August 11th, Kat has cancelled the promotional tour but hopes fans will appreciate her work regardless of the drama.

No matter what she says publicly though, I can’t help but think that Jesse is not completely innocent. He just isn’t the type! But this definitely won’t keep Ms. Von D from protecting him.

Just moments before her scheduled interview on Good Day L.A. this morning, the famously tatted and newly single, Kat Von D fled the studio in quite a big huff.

According to eonline, the morning talk show decided to air an officially sanctioned clip sent into release by TLC of her getting a tattoo of Jesse James’ name— who just now happens to be her ex fiancé.

The reality star took to Twitter minutes after her walk out. “Dear GoodDayLA, thanks for the waste of a perfectly good morning.”

Despite Von D appearing on the show to discuss the upcoming new season of LA Ink, she has to take into account that she is a reality television star and that means your life is caught on camera. She had to realize that when you get someone’s name tattooed on yourself (not to mention JESSE JAMES) and it is being filmed, the world is going to see it, even if you are now broken up.

Newly engaged Kat Von D looks to be making some changes in preparation for her swiftly approaching wedding to Jesse James. Various media outlets have reported that Von D is working out nearly everyday at the West Hollywood location of Equinox gym.
