I have said it before and I’ll say it again, a clean-cut Keanu Reeves is enough to break hearts worldwide! The 47-year-old stunner was photographed striking a pose on the red carpet for the Side By Side Premiere during day seven of the 62nd Berlin International Film Festival at the Haus Der Berliner Festspiele on February 15, 2012 in Berlin, Germany.

Good Lawd that man does NOT age! And while other sites are branding him a vampire (lolz), I think it comes down to the fact that he has amazing Asian genes which will keep him looking young for many years to come. (Though I do like to imagine him as a sexy vampire like those we see on True Blood!)

In this documentary Keanu Reeves elicits intriguing responses from a number of renowned filmmakers including David Lynch, Martin Scorsese, George Lucas, Lars von Trier and James Cameron.
SIDE BY SIDE explores both the science behind the development of digital cinema technology as well as its effects. At this historical juncture, in which digital and analogue technologies still exist side by side, the film investigates the pros and cons of digital filmmaking. SIDE BY SIDE is a non-nerdy introduction for all those with an interest in how films are made in the modern age.

In this way, this documentary enlightens rather than baffles the viewer about the differences between analogue and digital techniques – beginning with the moment when the camera begins to turn over to the editing phase; through visual effects to data storage and the projection of the final film in cinemas. Opinions diverge widely: although David Lynch may long have bidden farewell to analogue film processes, Christopher Nolan is adamant that aesthetically speaking, there is no better medium than celluloid.

While at Berlinale, Keanu will also participate in a special panel entitled, Look Who’s Talking: Interviewing on Screen on February 16th. There he will show excerpts and discuss their experiences preparing for and conducting interviews for their latest films which are screening in the Berlinale programme.

Keanu Reeves was left surprised when he made his return to his parked motorcycle only to find it had been in an accident! The star of The Private Lives of Pippa Lee and The Matrixlooked puzzled when he found a police officer waiting to inform him what had just happened to his new Norton bike.All in all it looks like Keanu took the news in stride. You can see him hop on his hog and see if it had survived and it looks like things will be ok.

Luckily our handsome hunk was not on board when all this went down!

Casting rumors have hit the net this morning suggesting Twilight actor Cam Gigandet is being considered for the role of Johnny Utah (played originally by Reeves) in the Point Break re-make.

I know that we’ve discussed how much we don’t want to see the 1991 film re-made but since it’s going to move forward regardless, do you think Gigandet would be able to live up to Keanu’s version?

My poor Keanu Reeves was just trying to enjoy a bit of dinner when he was surprised by paparazzi outside of Boa Steakhouse in West Hollywood, California on September 18th, 2011. Ever the shy-guy, the 47-year-old hunk tried to cover his face but we are quite happy he didn’t succeed!

Not to be mean but he is looking all kinds of handsome with that haircut, right?!

It was announced last week that a re-make of the 1991 film Point Break was in the works and I’m not sure how I feel about this yet. I’m kind of tired of filmmakers continuing to reboot films that had nothing wrong to begin with! This classic, which pairs Reeves and Patrick Swayze, should not be re-done!!
