Edin Gali from the show Mad Men needs your help

This is a very critical time for Mad Men star Edin Gali. His 17-year-old cousin Alma Hadzic is in desperate need of a heart transplant.
The Bosnian girl’s family has been unsuccessful in securing all of the funds necessary to ensure that she receives the transplant and post surgery care. Her family has exhausted all of their savings and is already in debt from financing Alma’s medical expenses.

Singing sensation Kesha Rose Sebert better known as Ke$ha was filming her latest music video in Koreatown on January 29th. The 22-year-old is having great success on the charts with her debut cd Animal but please don’t compare her to Lady Gaga or Katy Perry!
“I think it’s cool that people think I’ve got the swagger like Mick Jagger, but that’s not just what I’m about,” she said.
“I like the early Madonna comparisons but I just don’t get the Lady GaGa or Katy Perry comparisons at all. I don’t sing like them or dress like them. So someone please explain to me how we are similar – apart from that we all have vaginas.”
For fans in the UK, you can pick up Animal on February 1st.

Ke$ha celebrates chart win with some shopping

Before writing up this post, I had never heard of Ke$ha. Ok I’m lying. I had heard of her but had not take the time out to listen to her hit song TiK ToK that helped her album Animal
To celebrate, she went shopping at Manhattan clothing store, Ibiza yesterday.
So in order to write up a proper post, I checked it out and I loved it! Her vocals took me back to my younger years when I had Salt n Peppa and Uncle Luke blasting out of my stereo. It mostly reminded me of the 1987 song by JJ Fad entitled Super Sonic. God I loved that song.
The 22-year-old from Nashville made her breakthrough on the scene in early 2009 after appearing on Flo Rida’s number one single “Right Round”.
I’ve not heard the rest of the album yet. But with its recession proof price of $7.99, I’m going to pick it up now!
