Lance Armstrong and Sheryl Crow Kate Hudson Anna Henson welcomed a baby boy today. Following in the footsteps of Erykah Badu and Kimora Lee Simmons, Lance posted the news via his Twitter account.

Baby Max Armstrong weighed in at 7lbs5oz and is 20 inches long.
