Fab or Fail: Leona Lewis at Emeralds and Ivy Ball

While there is no denying Leona Lewis looks stunning from the neck up, I’m not to sure this is her best fashion choice as of yet. Dressed in a low cut, bejeweled ballgown, the 26-year-old opted to throw on a burgundy tuxedo jacket to the Emeralds & Ivy Ball in aid of Cancer Research UK and the Marie Keating Foundation held at Supernova on December 3, 2011 in London, England.

If you ask me, the jacket is what really turned her look into a “fail” for me. I understand she (or her stylist) was trying to make her girly ensemble a bit more masculine but sadly I think she missed the mark. What matters most though is if she felt beautiful when she stepped out of her house and that she wore it with confidence!

Leona recently released details of her upcoming EP entitled, Hurt which is due for release on December 9th. Three songs, entitled ‘Hurt’, ‘Iris’ and ‘Colorblind’ will be featured in the highly anticipated release.

She will perform on X-Factor UK and USA in support of the release. Stay tuned for details!

Leona Lewis is posing pretty

A lavender clad Leona Lewis posed on the red carpet for Us Weekly’s 2009 Hot Hollywood Party held at Voyeur in Los Angeles last night.

The British beauty, who just turned down an offer to pose for Playboy, showed off a slimmer body and some toned calves in her Vivienne Westwood shoes.

Leona will begin touring her UK Arena tour come May in Liverpool’s Echo Arena. She is very excited to take her new album on the road.

She said: “I can’t wait to get out on tour and see everyone, I’m really looking forward to putting on a great show.

“Over the last few years I’ve had some amazing experiences and sung in some really interesting places but it’s going to be great to be able to perform all my own material on my very own tour. It’s a dream come true.”

Leona Lewis opens up about attack

WORLD RIGHTS Singer Leona Lewis signs copies of her new book

After being attacked by a fan during a book signing in London yesterday, Leona Lewis has released a statement to her fans.

Thank you so much for your support, it is truly overwhelming. Yesterday was a horrible shock and left me extremely hurt and upset. I’m very sorry to those I wasn’t able to meet at the signing. Thank you again for all of the lovely messages. Love you all.”

The 24-year-old has canceled a promotional trip to Germany planned for Thursday.

Leona Lewis gets slapped!

According to BBC News, Leona Lewis was SLAPPED during a book signing at Waterstones book store in London. The 2006 X-Factor winner is doing fine and the assailant was hauled off by Scotland Yard. Leona was in the process of signing copies of her autobiography, Dreams, which will be released next month, as will her second album, Echo.

Who does these sorts of things?? Leona rocks; she’s gorgeous and has a beautiful voice. I have no clue what would possess someone to reach out and slap a person they don’t even know. Craziness.
