Malin Akerman keeps cool in bikini top on South Beach

Looking slim and fit in a black bikini top and a pair of short denim shorts, Malin Akerman stepped out to enjoy the beautiful ocean on Miami Beach, Florida on Monday, July 4th, 2011. She looked hypnotized with her surroundings as she snapped photos and enjoyed the view.

The Couples Retreat actress has been in town the last few weeks shooting the movie Rock of Ages alongside Tom Cruise, Russell Brand, Alec Baldwin, Diego Boneta, and Julianne Hough.

Akerman stars as Constance Stack, “a journalist who intends to write an expose on decadent rocker Stacee Jaxx (Cruise). After a seduction, and after they sing a duet on the Foreigner song I Want To Know What Love Is, they find out in a naughty bedroom romp,” according to Deadline.com.

Josh Duhamel & Fergie are feeling a little Romantics

Lovebirds Josh Duhamel and Stacy Ferguson a.k.a. Fergie attended the premiere of his new movie The Romantics at the Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah today.

The Romantics is based on director Galt Neiderhoffer’s novel of the same name and centers on Laura (Katie Holmes) the maid of honor at the wedding of her former college roommate Lila (Anna Paquin) and the love of her life Tom (Josh Duhamel). The wedding features a reunion of all their friends from school who had the nickname “The Romantics.” The conflict arises from Laura and Tom’s on again/off again love affairs which Lila seems to want to ignore. The majority of the film occurs the night before the wedding as Tom starts to have second thoughts, Laura tries to come to grips with truly losing the love of her life, Lila deals with the stress of realizing Tom is having second thoughts.

The movie co-stars Elijah Wood, Malin Akerman, Jeremy Strong, Candice Bergen, and Adam Brody.

Cast of Couples Retreat graces London

The cast of Couples Retreat was in London for a photocall today. They were given a nice little sandy spot set against a gorgeous Tahiti backdrop. The movie was actually filmed in Bora Bora at the St Regis. (Guess where I’m going next summer!)

Both Kristen Bell and Malin Akerman look stunning. I love Malin’s dress, with the side pockets. And Kristen looks sweet and pure in her little white lace number. The boys look… stunned maybe? Both Vince Vaughn and Jason Bateman look like the travel is starting to get to them. Regardless, they are both handsome & funny guys!
